The property was in close walking distance from Madison Square Garden, Hudson Yard, Times Square. A decent breakfast was available in the restaurant. Staff was very friendly and professional. Hotel was very clean. The room was very small but that is typical of NYC.

The hotel is in a very good location for everything ie penn station, theatre district, Times Square but our room was right next to the lifts so avoid rooms 1 & 2 on each floor. so when we were in at night and early morning you heard the lifts all the time and with coping with time difference hardly had any sleep.

Friendly Front Desk Staff - Mediocre Breakfast
Look like a new hotel - everything fresh. Rooms are beyond tiny like many of the new hotels. King bed took up 80% of the room. The bed for very comfortable!!! Tiny desk and tiny bathroom. Really no functional closet. There was coffee service in the room - thank the lord. Room was fine for one person - cannot imagine two people in the room. The breakfast buffet was very mediocre at best and but definitely the worst $30 value (before tip) perhaps ever. Front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and nice looking. The location at 36th and 8th Ave was an easy walk from Penn Station and not bad for most of NYC theaters.
