Thoughtfully renovated 3BR duplex with private patio in Jersey City. The main level includes two bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom, living area, and private patio; downstairs, you’ll find a separate third bedroom, second bath, and game lounge. Sleeps 8 comfortably. About a 15-minute walk to Journal Square PATH for quick trips into Manhattan. One off-street parking space is shared between two units and must be requested before booking. Parking is not guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.

This is a private duplex spanning two levels of a Jersey City row house.

Main level: two bedrooms, one bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, compact living room, and access to the private patio.

Lower level: one private bedroom, one full bathroom, and a bonus game lounge with TV, gaming setup, and space to hang out.

The setup works especially well for groups who want separate zones for relaxing—whether that means parents upstairs with coffee and conversation while kids or teens hang out downstairs, or friends splitting between two levels.

Getting to NYC
PATH: about a 15-minute walk to Journal Square, then roughly 10–20 minutes into Manhattan once on the train, depending on destination and timing.
NJ Transit bus: about a 3–5-minute walk, around 45 minutes to Times Square, traffic depending.

Kitchen
Galley-style kitchen with bright blue cabinets and generous counter space. Fully stocked for real cooking, not just basics, with cookware, spices, oil, coffee, tea, and everyday essentials. Keurig with plenty of pods. Fabric steamer included.

Living Room
The upstairs living room is cozy rather than oversized, but the duplex layout gives your group a second hangout zone downstairs in the game lounge.
The sofa converts to a full-size sofa bed, best for 1 adult or 2 kids. Let us know in advance if you’d like it prepared.

Bedrooms

Upper level — Bedroom 1: Custom L-shaped headboard we built ourselves, queen bed, bedside sconces with USB charging ports.
Upper level — Bedroom 2: Calm blue-green tones, small desk for work, queen bed.

The two upstairs bedrooms are separated by the living room and bathroom, which gives each room a bit more privacy.

Lower level — Bedroom 3: Spacious private bedroom with an iron bed frame, mini split, and NYC skyline wall art, accessed by the interior staircase.

We provide 100% cotton sheets and duvet covers for breathable, comfortable sleep.

Bonus Game Lounge (Ground Level)

The lower level includes a dedicated bonus lounge with a mounted TV, gaming setup, and space for board games and casual hangouts. It’s designed as a second common area for the duplex—great for movie nights, game nights, or giving your group a little more breathing room across two floors.

Bathrooms
Bathroom 1 (upper level): Newly renovated with rain showerhead, glass enclosure, heated towel warmer, plus shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and first aid kit.
Bathroom 2 (ground level): Dramatic black tile tub surround, vessel sink, wood vanity, and tub/shower combo with handheld showerhead and built-in niche. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.

Dining Setup
Urban-friendly setup with flexible indoor dining plus outdoor seating on the patio.

Private Patio
Private outdoor space with seating and plants—great for morning coffee when the weather cooperates. No grill, per insurance.

Parking
We have one off-street parking space shared between two units. It is available by advance request only and is not guaranteed unless confirmed before booking. If you need parking, please confirm its availability for your dates. Suitable for compact/mid-size vehicles only (no large SUVs/trucks)

Free street parking is also available, but parking in this dense urban area can sometimes be limited. If the shared off-street space is unavailable during your stay, street parking will be the only option and cannot be guaranteed. Please always follow posted signs and pay close attention to street cleaning rules, which are enforced.

Pets
One dog allowed per reservation—please add your dog during booking. Unregistered pets may result in cancellation.
