The loungeroom does not include a sofa, and the apartment features a convenient lockup garage. Perfect for families or groups, it combines modern amenities with a functional layout.

Our check in was delayed by 2 hours.
The house was filthy, the cleaners were there when we went to drop off our gear, and also said it was a very dirty house.
They must have left the property after we left because the floors were not done at all.
The were 4 loaves of mouldy bread that we threw out and there was a lot of clothes and other items that were left behind.
We cleaned the bathrooms ourselves because they were so dirty. There were what looked like poo or other stains on the wall, which we cleaned, so disgusting.
I am requesting a free night when we book again because we hope to stay here frequently we would like clean accommodation.

Spacious rooms. All bedrooms upstairs with good bathroom. 3rd toilet downstairs but no hand towel or handwashing just laundry tub. Room has no tea towel or anything to hold hot dishes, no dishwasher and no kitchen appliances apart from kettle and microwave ie mixing bowls, beaters etc. driving in& out car scraped on driveway so ended parking on crowded street.
We never received confirmation, payment details or check-in instructions from Stayz or this agent. I had to call multiple times (and be put on hold) before they finally sent through text messages. They also never reply to their messages on Stayz, so every time you have a question you have to call and wait to be put on hold. I never even received the unit number of the accommodation. After each call, the agent kept saying they would send through details but they failed to do so. Only after the check-in time of 3pm, I received the check-in instructions after much frustration and suggestion of an early check-in. To make matters worse, they changed the location of the apartment we were staying at, which meant my family and I had to move our cars to the new location. Once inside the accommodation, there was no information provided, such as wifi information or guest information. There was a cockroach in the kitchen, no soap or hand towels in the kitchen, an open panel in the ceiling with a direct connection to the roof, and the bathroom had hair on the floor. Overall a terrible accommodation with poor customer service. This experience has left me very distrustful of using Stayz and this agent in future. Please avoid at all costs.
