Cozy Cargo- A tiny home with big vibes

Summary:
Industrial meets rural in this tiny home built from a shipping container. Experience tiny home living without giving up any modern amenities. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, smart TV, and more. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and someone can sleep on the couch. Bathroom has a walk-in shower. The living space has a couch, table for three, and Roku TV.

Well behaved dogs are welcome when added to the reservation, sorry no cats or other pets.

The Space:
This 40' shipping container was transformed into a luxury tiny home with all the modern amenities you wouldn't live without. The home is located 15 minutes from downtown Ithaca, 17 minutes from Cornell, and 14 minutes from Ithaca College. Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The full bathroom includes a custom tile shower. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and blackout shades. Fast Starlink wifi covers the home. Outside enjoy a private yard with fire pit (fire wood and starter included with your stay), hammock, BBQ, and eating area. Level 2 EV charger outside and ready for you to use.

Other Things to Note:
900' driveway is on a hill, we manage the snow and ice around the clock but a winter capable vehicle is highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. It had anything that we might need or want. The hosts were very attentive. We explored Buttermilk Falls State Park and loved State Eatery pastries and BBQ!

Five stars all around! The property was very clean and every little detail was thought of. It's an excellent place to just relax and unwind in a quiet, private setting with lots of open space and fresh air. The hosts have clearly put a lot of heart and thought into this space. We'll definitely be back!

The container home was perfect for our short stay in the Ithaca area. Everything was as detailed in their listing. The home has everything included you need for a great stay, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom with roomy shower and even a washer and dryer should it be needed. They outdoor space is every bit as charming as the house. The firepit was stacked with wood and everything needed to start a campfire was in a bin right next to the pit.

Such a unique space that has everything you need! Thoughtfully designed and in a good location with easy access to gorges, restaurants and downtown. Hosts checked in with us and made sure everything was okay! Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The Cozy Cargo was the perfect stay just outside of Ithaca. It has great vibes, an excellent outdoor space, great amenities (washer, dryer, coffee, phone chargers, cooking supples, campfire supples), & is pet friendly!
