Great experience

Loved the atmosphere, rooms are tastefully decorated and you are supplied with plenty of towels and extra sheets. Rooms are clean and kitchens come with everything you need. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable.

Our stays have always been the best this is our home away from home. It's always quiet and relaxing and Nastasha, I do hope the spelling is correct on her name, she always greet us with great customer service and make sure we have everything that is needed.

Checking in through the app was good. We chose this hotel because it offered 2 beds and a pull out sofa bed which fit our needs perfectly. HOWEVER, there were NO SHEETS for the sofa bed; so it was unusable! Because there was no one at the desk, we could not get any. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. There was mold on the shower curtain.
