This is a comfortable, cozy, 3 bedroom home. It also has a loft. My place is just a stone's throw to Casino Niagara, Clifton Hill, Rainbow Bridge. It is in the heart of where the fun is. You can just walk to almost everywhere so leave your car and enjoy the scenery. There are all kinds of authentic restaurants, fastfood chains, the Starbucks and Tim Horton's in the area. My place is good for couples, the adventurers and business travellers.
There are two cameras pointing out of the house.
*one points the front view of the house and the second it points the backyard*

Canada Day weekend

Amy was an amazing host extremely welcoming and very helpful all weekend. The house was nicely cleaned and comfortable with plenty of space. I would 10/10 Recommend this rental to anyone who is looking to stay in Niagara Falls area and I’m looking for a nice place near the strip it’s about a 10 minute walk to the main strip. Thank you for going up above and beyond Amy

Offered wrong access code, wrong WIFI, didn't have parking set up and has a dangerous facility that is illegal, and not built to the Ontario Building Code! Found a pot on the stove that had cooked food inside and had been there for several days.

Host cancelled reservation

Many things in the house could use an update including, the kitchen faucet, plug to the bathtub, floor boards going downstairs (dangerous) the stairs to the attic living space are not to code (dangerous). I believe the host is listening to the renters with her wyze camera that she said is not recording and is for our safety. Too many coincidental events occurred for me to think otherwise. We had neighbours come and tell us that the host is difficult to deal with and they have been upset with how she handles her vrbo property mainly in relation to parking. The amount of communication with the host is overwhelming. I believe she cancelled our reservation not on the basis of ending our stay sooner but to not have another negative review on her listing. She asked me to include a few things in the review from the start of our contract and did not handle conflict in a reasonable way. I did not feel safe in this house and did not feel welcomed by neighbours. I believe it is in vRBOs best interest to investigate this host and the camera in the unit. I do not advise or recommend anyone stay at Amy’s rental property

Fantastic experience

My husband and I stayed over for a weekend getaway and had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Amy's place. Great location, excellent amenities and a very clean and quiet place. Highly recommend it!

Everything was nice and clean with plenty of space for everyone. It was wonderful seeing so close to the falls

Dangerous and mis-leading.

The property manager was great, although a little strange as she took a photo of our group upon arrival. However on our arrival we were told that a female and male lived in the basement below and would come and go as they pleased, using the kitchen back door entrance. So, we were unable to enjoy the full potential of the residence due to a night worker and a day time worker. We were completely unaware that the kitchen and residence was being shared. Had we of known in advance we would never of booked this. This in my opinion is outrageous. We were a captive audience, which added undue stress and fear of person(s) unknown entering the property or the potential of property being stolen, we placed all our valuables in the car. The top floor bedroom had narrow shipmens style steps with non-coded hand rails. Our youngest child (aged 9) fell down these steps injuring her back. The shower/bathroom leaked through to the kitchen. Making for a potential slip hazard. Overall the cost of the property vs the situation we were placed in made for a concerning stay. Not one that I would repeat.
