We really enjoyed our stay. Niagara on the lake is lovely. The hotel has comfy rooms, although slightly on the small side for a family of 4. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were fabulous.

As with other properties in the chain, the Best Western in Niagara on the Lake offers excellent value. Our room was spotless and comfortable - starting with the beds and pillows. We enjoyed the breakfast and dining area. And the staff were eager to provide advice and help in any way they could.

The convenience of being "just far enough" away from the hustle and bustle of the main street in Niagara on the Lake was perfect. Walking distance to everything, free parking, lovely breakfast included(the staff were terrific in the breakfast room) Windows that open for fresh air and comfortable decks/patios to relax outside of the room.

Newly renovated rooms in a wonderful convenient area. Feels very residential / small business mix. Smaller rooms but efficient layout and a wonderful location with easy delicious restaurants within 3 minutes of walking. Parking was wonderful and there is a pedal bike rental station out front. The bathroom is small but one of the cleanest & brightest I’ve ever seen. Great renovations here.
