Small older motel, that was very clean and well kept. Staff was very pleasant and motel was quiet. Breakfast area was clean and the assistant was very efficient and pleasant. Breakfast was an extended continental with an egg dish, breakfast wraps and a waffle maker. There was a small workout area and a nice patio on the one side o motel. It is in a primarily residential neighborhood, so there was no view to speak of. It was an easy 16 minute walk to the Main Street in Niagra on the Lake.

The staff was friendly, parking was convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable with cozy beds. The only thing I’d recommend is adding a microwave for convenience. We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but the coffee was very good.

I booked through Expedia and didn't realize that there was no elevator. My friend and I are over 70yrs old and had been traveling for 9 days. This was our last stop before heading home. Our suitcases were very heavy to get up and down the stairs. The breakfast buffet was awesome.
