Fabulous Guesthouse B & B Located In The Heart Of Vineyard Country!


Please enjoy this unique guesthouse backing onto a vineyard and five minutes away from several of Niagara's best know wineries. Here, you will enjoy your self-catered (continental breakfast supplied) vacation spot with fully equipped kitchen, private patio and private garden spot. In addition, we have a large Pergola adjacent to the vineyard available for eating. This must be reserved in advance. The master bedroom has it's own private deck overlooking the vineyard. Two additional bedrooms (2 Queen) are available as well as two roll away singles. Base rate is for two people then $80 per night per person after the first two guests. Children under two years old will not be charged. This seemingly isolated property is only a five minute drive from the Old Town and all it has to offer.

We offer cruiser bicycles at at discounted rate of $25 per person per day for guests to travel around the area

Perfect location

The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just steps from amazing wineries and only a quick drive to the charming main strip of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Our room overlooked a vineyard, and the view was absolutely stunning. It felt like we were transported to Napa! Peaceful, romantic, and the ideal escape for wine lovers. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely country setting

We had a great time at this property. The owners greeted us upon arrival and gave us an orientation. The place was set up well and looked like the photos. We particularly appreciated the breakfast, including yogurt, muffins and a very large bowl of fresh fruit (!). Our only comment for future guests is that you may want to bring some bottled water, the well water had a bit of an earthy taste - it was perfectly safe, but had a distinctive flavour. Other than that, everything was great and we particularly enjoyed walking over for lunch at Carolina Cellars.

Beautiful property and landscape with lovely rose bushes., and trees which offered cherries ready for picking and eating . We had a great time! The only thing I was not pleased with was the upkeeping of the gardens, back and front. It looked like it was not cared for; weeding, dead heading the roses. The grounds did not look as meticulously kept as the the photos.

Weekend Getaway.

We had a wonderful weekend in Niagara on the Lake. The house was spacious for the 10 of us, comfortable and clean. The breakfast items were very nice. The house is situated in an ideal area in relation to the wineries. We especially enjoyed the vineyards surrounding the home; so pretty. The communication with the owners was very good. I asked for some recommendations for dinner for a group our size and received a quick response with many helpful ideas. The whole experience was great. Our group had a wonderful time!

A Definate 10+

If you get the chance to be in Wine country or just want a quiet getaway, you GOTTA stay here. The pictures on VRBO are exactly what you get when you arrive. Beautiful location with lots of areas to sit and enjoy the sunrise with a coffee/tea or sunset with glass of celebration. Very close to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake and SEVERAL wineries! Very clean, very comfortable. Absolutely no complaints! The hosts are exceptional with communication and just a friendly check-in after arrival to make sure you do not need anything else. We are definitely coming back and will definitely use this location for more reservations. Thank you for a great time away!!!
