Located on the most prestigious residential road of Nice, boulevard Victor Hugo in the heart of Carré d'or, This luxury 2 bedroom art deco-style apartment of 100 square meter is at only two minute walking distance from the 'Pedestrian zone', Promenade des Anglais and the sea and at only 5 minute walk from the main shopping district (Avenue Jean Medecin) and the old town. The apartment faces south and north and its trans versant.

Furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style, with King Size bed and high quality mattresses, the apartment is both elegant and comfortable.

The location is perfect - walking distance or a quick Uber ride to all the city's major attractions. The apartment itself is spacious and equipped with all necessary appliances.
