The staff was wonderful. However, the exterior of the property is very dated and looked very little like the photos. However, we specifically chose this property to use the private hotel beach club on our last day before leaving France. We were never informed until check-in that it was closed to guests for a "private event." We would have chosen a different hotel had we known. No offer of compensation or alternate beach options were offered. To say we were disappointed was an understatement.

Parking garage provided by the hotel is very confusing and you need to get to the -3 level as soon as possible after entering. Otherwise you got charged extra. Hotel crew was not explaining that caveat and blame the customer for the over charge. Not friendly and not customer oriented stuff.

“The private beach is not free. I booked this hotel because of the private beach, even though the price was expensive, but it still costs €20 per person. This does not match the advertisement, and I feel deceived! Parking at this location is also difficult!”

People working "Staff" @ this hotel are Amazing. Paul was an amazing person by welcoming us and gave us our rooms. Reception area really nice updated 5 Stars. Breakfast was nice and staff in there were amazing and supper nice. Rooms are Old and no access to bathroom to the shower. They should use place behind the hotel and turn it in to LIVE area .... it needs a lot of work.
