The hotel was adequate for what you pay I guess. It just felt a bit tired and slightly grubby around the edges. The staff were helpful and friendly. It's not the best hotel for light sleepers as lots of noise from bars and shops. On the plus side it's a couple of minutes to the beach.

The hotel is a boutique hotel that is close to the beach and to a lively area of town that keeps through the night with restaurant lined streets. The amenities in the hotel and none existent though. No toiletries in the room, no complimentary tea or coffee. Iron is available on demand. Otherwise, the staff was courteous and helpful.

This hotel is located in an excellent spot with dining, shopping, and the beach all easily accessible. That said, the hotel rooms are very outdated with some of them having leaky tubs, inadequate phone connection to the front desk, and rather uncomfortable beds. The hotel could and should do better.

Great location, affordable and well staffed

Air conditioning was very good,, bathroom was clean, breakfast was great, front desk service was great!!! We stayed in room 414 and it was slim with two twin beds but enough for two friends. Affordable and a SUPER location in the town!!! The shower is very small. The safe worked fine and the staff was friendly.

Good location, OK room

Great location right in the middle of Nice near a lot of good restaurants and shopping. Maybe this isn't true for all rooms but my room didn't have a ton of natural sunlight. I was just in for a night so it served its purpose but it wouldn't have been comfortable for a longer stay. The staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel is apparently renovating each room successively. Our room hadn't been renovated, but we still paid full price. The staff was nice amd courteous and the location is great.

The hotel has a great location, easy to walk to the Old Town, restaurants and cafes are very close by. It’s very lively and busy. The hotel itself looks old and very small. The red carpet everywhere seemed to be dirty, the corridors are very confusing and narrow with no indication for room numbers, so you have to go around to find your room. The room is not well equipped, it didn’t even have any tea or coffee making options.

Booked through Expedia. My electric toothbrush case was infested with cockroaches overnight—they were inside it, with droppings. Also found them on walls and in drinking cups. Unacceptable and unhygienic.

The room was not very clean, the carpets were worn, the shower head holder broke off the wall, the water smelled, but it was walkable and in the heart of nice. They did have a driver that worked with that had similar prices to uber, although we didn’t use them. Close to the city bus that goes to the airport.

Be prepared for loud, late night noise from surrounding shops restaurants. It is in a busy area, very near the beach. Not bad - just be aware!

Originally in a room above the restaurants street but was moved due to cigarette smoke smell (did not smell anywhere else and staff were fantastic in moving my 14yo son and I to another room). We were moved to 667 and it was absolutely quiet. Staff were fantastic. If you have a room above the street of restaurants - it comes alive in the evening with street performances. I don’t know what time they end as we faced another area with no noise at all :)
