Private parking and closed garage. This pleasant independent semi-detached house on one level is located near the village of Contes (800 m). You will find all the shops and services on site in the village. The location of the village allows both mountain hiking and sea bathing on the coast. Near Nice, capital of the Côte d'Azur. Detached house for 6 people with garden located in the hills of the Côte d'Azur (15km from Nice)
