    Great location and nice owner, but Wifi was down

    Very lovely apartment in an ideal location. Overall, we had a great experience, however the apartment was missing Wifi for 3 out of 4 days. This seemed to be a temporary issue, but it still impacted our stay. It was also missing detergent for the washer. Given it is located above a popular square, the noise level at night can be high, but that's to be expected given the location. Overall we had a great stay.

    Fantastic Location for Our Family!!!

    My family and I absolutely loved our stay in this Colona apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and located just minutes from absolutely everything we wanted to see! It bares mentioning that we are a family with four young children and the layout of the apartment gave us the ability to put all of the kids in one room and my husband and I to have our own room. The terrace also provided a nice afternoon escape during "nap time" where we could have a glass of wine and not worry about waking our kids. Finally, the property manager was great and very easy to reach if ever we had need. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Nice!

    Vor Ort sieht es genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist mitten in der Altstadt. Keine weiten Wege zum SchlosshĂŒgel, Strand, Parks und der Neu-Stadt. Der Bus Nr. 12 vom Flughafen hĂ€lt fast vor der TĂŒr. Die Wohnung ist ein Block vom ehemaligen Hauptplatz der Altstadt entfernt. Viele Lokale und LĂ€den vor der TĂŒr und in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Allerdings sind Ohrstöpsel hilfreich. Die Kirchenglocken an Werktagen um 7:00 Uhr genau gegenĂŒber. Eigentlich 24 Stunden MĂŒllentsorgung, wenn die MĂŒllwagen nachts rĂŒckwĂ€rtsfahren kann es lĂ€nger piepen und das Einladen verursacht durchaus auch LĂ€rm. Jede Nacht bzw. frĂŒhe Morgenstunden in denen grölende Horden, die durch Altstadt ziehen und morgens werden bereits wieder die Sonnenschirme und StĂŒhle der Restaurant aufgestellt. die abends natĂŒrlich auch wieder weg mĂŒssen. Durch eine vorherige Bewertung hatten wir welche mit und haben diese durchweg auch genutzt. Wir finden die Wohnung ist fĂŒr sechs erwachsene Personen nicht geeignet, da die 6. Person auf der RĂŒckenlehne der natĂŒrlich umgeklappten Schlafcouch schlĂ€ft und das eine recht kippelige Angelegenheit ist. Wir waren mit fĂŒnf erwachsenen Personen vor Ort und das war okay. Die KĂŒchenutensilien sind auch nicht unbedingt fĂŒrs Kochen fĂŒr 6 Personen geeignet, es wird wohl davon ausgegangen, dass eher essen gegangen wird. Bei der FĂŒlle an Restaurants ist auch fĂŒr jeden etwas dabei. Mit dem Bus kommt man ohne Probleme in den Norden bis nach Menton und in den SĂŒden auf jeden Fall bis nach Cannes (weiter haben wir es nicht ausprobiert). FĂŒr den "Strand" unbedingt Wasserschuhe mitnehmen, es geht auf den steinigen Untergrund kurz vor dem Wasser steil ins Meer. Wer es ruhig haben möchte, sollte nicht in der Altstadt und auch nicht an den stark befahrenden Straßen ĂŒbernachten. Wir finden Nizza ist eine tolle Stadt, die viel zu bieten hat und wĂŒrden immer wieder kommen.

    Schöne Wohnung fĂŒr Genießer von Altstadt-Flair

    GerĂ€umige Wohnung, praktisch eingerichtet, prima zentral gelegen, alle unsere Ziele waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr war gut nutzbar, der Betreuer der Wohnung zeigte sich sehr engagiert und gab uns gute Tipps. Ein winziges PĂŒnktchen fand ich nicht so ideal, wenn man eine sensible Nase hat: die Aromen im Treppenhaus, aber das fĂ€llt halt mit unter romantisches Altstadt-Ambiente.

    A fabulous apartment in a great location!

    This is apartment is simply amazing. It's central location is just perfect for exploring Nice and everything is on your doorstep. The apartment is a decent size with a small kitchen, kitted out with good size wine glasses and everything you would need! There is an ensuite shower to one bedroom and then another bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The apartment was really clean and all linen and towels were provided. The outside area was great to sit in and relax. The owners were really helpful and informative. The air con was a welcome addition as we seemed to be in Nice on the hottest weekend this year! We would all recommend this apartment. There is also another apartment next door should your group be bigger.

    Great location in the heart of Old Nice! Super clean with all the amenities and recently renovated. Older building but don't let the outside fool you. Inside is perfect! You can walk anywhere - shops, dining, stores, beach, gardens.... The property manager Dermot was awesome! Gave us plenty of tips for parking, trip to Villefrance Sur-La-Mer (OUTSTANDING!), restaurants. He was super responsive! Loved the place, loved the location, and my wife loved the washer/dryer!

    The place was nice and clean. The rooms were big and roomy with air conditioning. The best part is it is perfectly located in Old Town. The knives need to be sharpened, more paper towels etc., should be provided, but those are all trivial issues. Oh and it has a washer and dryer, and I think the ad says it has only a washer. That helps a ton. Thus, I would definitely recommend the place to my friends and family. The only real downside are the steps one needs to take to get there. That might cause problems for some folks. Overall though, it was a great and clean spot in a perfect location.

    Housekeeper sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann bei der An- und Abreise das GepĂ€ck in einer Bar des EigentĂŒmers in der NĂ€he deponieren. Das ist praktisch.

    A NICE APARTMENT IN OLD NICE

    The apartment is set right in the heart of Vieux Nice, very close to all the typical shops and restaurants and also to the famous Promenade des Anglais. It's just a few minutes' walk from the tramway stop and very easy to reach also walking directly from the station. The apartment is nice and spacious: we have enjoyed the brightness of the rooms and the tasty frunishings. The kitchen is quite well equipped and the crockery/cutlery is suitable for four/five people. It is evident that the apartment itself has been recently renovated and this is good. What we didn't like is the entrance to the building and the steep flight of stairs, whose walls are quite dirty and bleak. We think the apartment would greatly benefit from a general refurbishment of the building itself. It would also be advisable to fix the shutters: the one in the master chamber is half-broken and the others aren't easy to close. We undestand they are old, like most building in this part of Nice, but a bit of refurbishment to the fittings would be appreciated. All in all we have enjoyed the flat and we would recommend it, especially for its superb location. Finally, we would like to say that the boy in charge of the flat was very kind and tried to help us with everything, before and during the stay and we really thank him for this.

    Perfect location !

    We stayed 9 days during Silvester time in that lovely apartment. Well equipped, very good beds and perfect located to explore Nice. Also WIFI was working properly, which is very helpful. Special thanks to Dermot who was available for us at any time and helped us with all our questions. Opportunities to improve: for relatively high payment for the cleaning it could be more clean next time. And it would be good to have access to German TV - at least one or two programs in order to be able to watch breaking news. We will definitely book it again.

    Die Wohnung war wunderbar. Sehr zentral. Sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lĂ€sst kaum WĂŒnsche offen. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Lediglich die Kirchenglocken morgens um 07:00 Uhr haben die angenehme Nachtruhe unserer LangschlĂ€fer etwas beeintrĂ€chtigt. Das perfekte Wetter, die wunderschöne Stadt und die traumhaften Aussichten hat den Aufenthalt unvergessen gemacht. Super und sehr zu empfehlen.

    Beautiful apartment in amazing location

    The apartment had a very French feel to it and was ideally located for exploring the old town and accessing the beach. It was equipped well with everything you could need. We were particularly thankful for the air conditioning and even the sun umbrella for taking to the beach with the heat so intense! Brooke could not have been more helpful throughout - always available to answer any questions which was very reassuring. With our French being rusty, it was good being English speaking that she understood us! Also she was extremely kind, even getting a bottle of wine on arrival for our daughter & fiancé who had recently become engaged. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nice - we had an awesome time. Thank you!

    Super old Nice location in a spacious, and comfortably updated apartment.

    Terrific central location in old Nice. Near everything, so start walking. Spacious, updated apartment is well-lit and ventilated thanks to large view windows and patio. Street sounds are part of the ambience, so enjoy the flavor! Good kitchen and large common area for relaxing, eating, partying. Brooke, the manager, was very attentive and an excellent communicator. (She’s from New Jersey — who knew?). Typical ancient building without elevator. Loved it!

    Amazing location!

    This flat is amazing. It is beautiful and in a perfect location. Brooke was very accessible and knowledgeable. I texted her a few times to ask questions (not about the flat) and she was prompt and helpful. She was great! The flat is large, well equipped and very comfortable. Great location, easy walking to everything we wanted to see and do. It’s a very lively location with lots of restaurants and shops within steps of the apartment. Old town is a great place to be! We would definitely stay there again.

    fryktelig trappegang, bare av den grunn drar jeg ikke tilbake, tiltross for fin leilighet.

    Trappegangen sÄ ut som et bombeomrÄde, og veldig mÞrkt. Fra bad pÄ masters bedroom luktet det avskyelig. Synd, nÄr leiligheten er fin forÞvrig. Det sto rottefeller flere steder rundt trappegangen....
