Come and discover this beautiful 28 m² flat, ideally located only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Cagnes-sur-Mer. Comfortable and welcoming, this pied-à-terre is the perfect place for a getaway for up to 3 people (ideal for two adults and a child)!
You will have a pleasant living room with a lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, a balcony to enjoy a nice meal in the sun as well as a beautiful shared swimming pool and children's pool.
Private parking space. Bed linen and towels available at extra cost. Wifi internet access.

The flat:
Located on the 1st floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A beautiful living room with a lounge area equipped with a double sofa bed, a TV and a DVD player as well as a dining area with a convivial dining table for up to 4 people.
- A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, Cookéo cooking machine, hob, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker.

Sleeping area:
- A bedroom with a double bed, storage space.
- A bathroom with a bath-shower, a washbasin, a heated towel rail and a hair dryer.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A balcony of 7 m² facing west and furnished with an outdoor table and chairs in the summer period.
- A large swimming pool of 20m x 10m, and a children's pool, not heated, secured by a fence and accessible by a badge. The pool is shared with the residence. The pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.

The Domaine de l'Oasis is located in a quiet and charming area. The residence, a haven of serenity and relaxation, allows tenants to recharge their batteries less than 10 minutes' walk from many of the town's centres of interest and all amenities: bakery, market gardeners, press, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, mini-markets, shops, fast-food outlets, cinema, casino, etc.
