It also features a large common terrace in the residence, offering dining tables and an outdoor lounge.The accommodation consists of:The living area, comprising a double sofa bed (made up of 2 single beds), a fan, a low cabinet with TV and internet connection. It also offers a foldaway table for 4 guests.The functional kitchen open to the living room with refrigerator, cooking plates, microwave, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary items for cooking and eating. All offering a superb view of the sea and Cap Ferrat.The sleeping area in the mezzanine with a double bed, two bedside tables, a fan and a wardrobe space.The shower room with shower, washbasin and storage.A separate toilet.The large common terrace of the residence located on the seafront, offering dining tables and outdoor lounge.
