Location Location Location
Love the apartment location and view! Terrible smell ( like cats live there) permeated the apartment. We had them clean the very dirty filter which helped, but second filter never changed because ladder not tall enough. Towels sub par for such a beautiful apartment. Difficult to work anything because all is in French ( no translation). Construction at the moment… despite all great spot.

My opinion of location
Location great. Apartment great. Coffee appliance needs to be upgraded immediately. Sheets & towels, very poor. Need better soap for bathrooms. TV in salon was difficult to manage. The cleaning staff needs to clean better, with more detail; under things & smelled like smoke.

Ironman in Nice
We were in Nice to support my nephew who was competing in the half Ironman race. Our location was right at the Ironman Village and start/finish line. Perfect. The apartment was glorious , modern , comfortable in every way. Only negative was the building next door was completely under a renovation and it was noisy.
