It is a charming duplex offering lovely sea glimpses over the rooftops of the old town.It is situated on the third and top floor (no lift) of a small co-ownership building in the old town of Villefranche. Fully equipped and offering 3 bedrooms, it comprises:•An open entrance leading to the living area equipped with a dining table offering 6 seats, as well as 2 armchairs.•A functional kitchen with dishwasher, additional oven, fridge/freezer, cooking hobs, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary equipment for cooking and eating.•The first bedroom on the upper floor, with a 140 x 190 bed, bedside table, TV and storage. Windows overlooking a quiet pedestrian street in the old town and offering a lovely view of the bell tower from the bed. This room, with large sliding doors, can also be considered as a lounge area open to the rest of the apartment.•The second bedroom also located on the upper floor offering a 140 x 190 bed, bedside tables and storage. Two windows also opening onto a quiet street in the old town and offering a very nice sea view.•The third bedroom also located on the upper floor offering a single 80 x 190 bed, as well as an additional single mattress (80 x 190) which can be used for a child. It also offers storage and has a skylight.•The bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, washing machine & tumble dryer as well as a toilet.All household linen (sheets-towels) and toiletries are provided, along with vacuum cleaner, hairdryer and iron.Deposit €800 pre-authorisation on card / not debited – Pets not allowed – non-smokers.
