You will be able to cross the city from east to west with the Tram. Nice city station is 10 minutes walk away, the pedestrian street is less than 3 minutes away and the old town is 10 minutes away. Bus line on the Promenade des Anglais.
Apartment located on the 3rd floor with lift and a balcony equipped with a table and chairs.
On the inside, it consists of an open kitchen with a dining area, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge and freezer, a living room with a double sofa bed (140 cm), a bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm), a shower room and a toilet.
