Located in the historic port area, this beautiful 2-bedroom holiday rental apartment is close to everything needed to make for a perfect stay.
The port of Nice is also famous for its hidden treasures: known to be the antique and flea-market hotspot, guests can enjoy browsing for the next âcoup de coeurâ (âcrushâ , similar to âlove at first sightâ).
For those looking for a little exercise, the port area is also the start of the Sentier du Littoral which takes you on an adventure all the way to Villefranche sur Mer via beautiful scenery and swimming coves.
BUILDING: Marinette is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful Niçois building. Guests will recognise the bright and colourful marron façade with blue shutters. Guests should note that there is no lift.
LIVING ROOM: The open plan living area is bright and airy. Two French windows open onto the balcony, offering stunning views of the port, sea and hills.
The soft toned walls and the hardwood flooring which runs through the whole apartment ensure a warm, cosy feel to this serene living space. The owner, an antique collector dealer, has carefully selected art pieces and items that fill the apartment with charm and personality.
A large white sofa with soft cushions provides a comfortable space to kick back and relax when you retreat to your home away from home.
The holiday apartment also has a flat screen TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime packages possible, as well as French cable. WiFi is available throughout the apartment.
* The sofa can also be transformed into a double 140cm bed. This property can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Please note there is an additional charge for sofa bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 6 people comfortably.

KITCHEN:
Open plan to the living area, the contemporary kitchen provides everything guests will need to put together meals to enjoy in the comfort of their own apartment. Fitted with a large American fridge, a gas hob, oven, microwave and a combined clothes washer/dryer.
An antique dining table can accommodate up to 6 people.
BEDROOMS: Set at the back of the apartment, the master bedroom offers a 140cm double bed with bed size tables and a closet. In the corner, a little veranda-like cove offers a space that can be enjoyed as a reading nook.
The second bedroom enjoys two separate single beds (90cm) â ideal for children or friends travelling together.
Both bedrooms enjoy air conditioning.
BATHROOMS: The bathroom, which is placed in the hallway just off the living area, has a walk-in shower, a washbasin resting on a marble vanity unit, mirror and a toilet.
Decorated in cream and brown tones, it enjoys a rare marble-tiled corner bath â that adds luxury to this beautifully appointed bathroom.
We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was light and bright and well set up. I appreciated the aircon in the bedroom. Having Rouge Wine Bar just downstairs was a bonus, and close to a strip of restaurants. I would definitely stay again!
This apartment was beautiful and I would absolutely book this place again. I liked that it was within walking distance to the promenade and downtown market area but it was in a quieter part of town which I preferred. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen/living area was great to hang out in after long days in the sun. You definitely get your workout walking up the stairs so remember to pack lightly!
I loved the apartment, it was perfectly located and convenient to everything and all was as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed was in great condition, a nice firm mattress and pillows which I prefer. The view from the small balcony is wonderful, the pictures can't really do it justice. Check in and communication was all in order and timely.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral am Yachthafen. Bahnstation ist direkt um die Ecke und man ist in 5 min zu FuĂ am Strand und in der tollen Altstadt. Es gibt viele Bars, Restaurants und LĂ€den in der NĂ€he.
Die Wohnung ist gerĂ€umig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir fĂŒhlten uns sehr wohl!
Die KĂŒche ist voll ausgestattet und der KĂŒhlschrank spendet sogar EiswĂŒrfel
Great apartment in a fantastic location less than 2 minutes walk to the Port/Harbour. Close to all attractions and restaurants and the local bus and train service is excellent. Apartment has everything you need and is very well thought out. Very comfortable apartment. I would definitely stay again without any hesitation and the friendly staff cannot help you enough. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.
The stay in this apartment was good. Great location and beautiful view of the marina. Easy access to many different parts of Nice. We did have some issues but the property management fixed them for us and were great to deal with. The air conditioning worked very well. The apartment is a bit rundown but for the price we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
