Its large terrace with panoramic sea view, its two bedrooms with balcony and its two modern bathrooms make it a rare address to live in Nice with elegance and serenity. Located on the 3rd floor with lift in a quiet residence, just a few minutes walk from the Plongeoir Beach and Garibaldi Square, this apartment wonderfully combines space, privacy and privileged location.



YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD



The apartment is located in a highly sought-after residential area of eastern Nice, in the immediate vicinity of the Port, the sea and all amenities. You will be 500 metres from the Plongeoir beach, 850 metres from an Intermarché supermarket, and just 1 km from the Port Lympia tram station or Garibaldi Square. Nice Riquier station is 2 km away, and Nice CÎte d'Azur airport is 9 km away. This is the ideal place to enjoy the city on foot, while residing in a calm and pleasant environment.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival



I chose to arrive by air



Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:



The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.

A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.



Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.



The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.



I chose to arrive by train



The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.



Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.



I chose to arrive by car



There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.

Points forts : Propreté
The AC in one of the rooms was not working and though I stayed 5 nights it was never fixed. I have complained about a loud noise that was coming above the bedrooms every 10 minutes and prevented us from sleeping but the owner denied the noise ever existed. We ended up placing the mattresses to the living room where the AC was working and further away from the noise that was still bothering us. I do not recommend ever staying there unless you do not care about your sleep
