VILLA L’HERBIER Sea & Montain vue in Tourrettes-sur-Loup

VILLA L’HERBIER

VILLA L’HERBIER is an elegant 220 m² stone bastide, ideally located between the sea and the mountains, close to the medieval village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup. From the property, you can enjoy breathtaking views over the Mediterranean, the rolling hills of the hinterland, and the majestic Baou de Saint-Jeannet.

Designed to welcome families or groups of friends with children, the villa is divided into two distinct parts:

•The main house

•A master bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm)

•A bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined into a double if desired

•Two independent family suites

•Each includes a bedroom with a king-size bed

•An adjoining room for children (depending on the suite: either bunk beds or two 90 cm single beds)

This flexible layout is perfect for friends travelling with children, allowing everyone to enjoy their own private space while gathering in the spacious common areas.

The bright interiors open directly onto the terraces, landscaped garden, and pool. The living room, with exposed beams and a fireplace, is ideal for relaxing evenings, while the fully equipped kitchen will delight cooking enthusiasts.

Outdoors, the villa captures all the charm of Provence:

•A garden dotted with centuries-old olive trees

•Shaded terraces for al fresco dining

•A private pool with sea and mountain views

•A pétanque court for friendly matches at sunset

Just 35 minutes from Nice, its airport, and the beaches, VILLA L’HERBIER offers a rare balance between Mediterranean pleasures and alpine getaways, at the very heart of the French Riviera.
