Lake Nipissing Country Paradise

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, while relaxing lakeside. The fishing on Lake Nipissing is phenomenal - whether it is spring, summer or fall - and even better on the hard water in winter. The property sits on over 5 acres of land including a large yard perfect for playing with kids, or sitting around a campfire. With a beautiful Link's Beach right around the corner, and a privately owned ($) boat launch and docking, you can enjoy Lake Nipissing to it's fullest. The neighbourhood is quiet, with little traffic, and paved (chip sealed) roads, making walking, jogging or biking pleasurable.

No hand me downs here - you have a full 16 place setting of dishes, many serving platters, and non-stick cookware - everything to make your stay feel as luxurious and comfortable as possible. Keurig machine makes your coffee quickly, so you can get back to the relaxing you deserve.

The house features TV with DVD players in each bedroom, as well as large TV's with Satellite Dish in both living rooms. Wireless WIFI high speed internet is also included. The home has central air for the summer, and central heating in winter. There are many movies, children's books and family board games you can play, and included is a Wii Console system. If it's raining or snowing, but you still want to get your exercise on - there's an elliptical trainer to help you complete that cardio you're craving.

Both bathrooms are large and spacious. The kitchen is open to the main living room and dining room, allowing you to remain a part of the conversation while cooking meals. Stainless steel appliances including gas stove, french door refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher are included.

Washer, dryer, and accompanying laundry soap/dryer sheets are included at no added cost. All linens are included.

Outdoor seating will have you enjoying the company of others, or simply relaxing quietly and reading. The deer come on the lawn daily to eat clover and any treats (apples) we may leave out for them.

Dino’s chip stand featuring delicious home made burgers, pogos, and fries is right up the road. Ice cream is served there as well. South Shore General Store has fuel, snacks, bait, and is also an LCBO Agency store.

Callander is a mere 12 minute drive away and features the following amenities:
