Roach infested room, terrible mattress (giant dip down the middle), my pillow was a couch cushion placed in a pillowcase, room was dirty, very little food offered at breakfast. Staff was nice and switched rooms for us which was slightly better, but still dirty.

The room smelled like marijuana and had not been properly cleaned. Breakfast was also unavailable because an employee did not come to work. I ended up checking out early and was denied a refund for the second night even though I advised the Hotel representative of the issues I was experiencing.

The whole property is old and run down, so was the room. Had to wipe something off the floor, it was black! Shower and toilet were pink, fruit flies living in the sink, faucet dripping all night. Sheets were grey and had stains and holes. The breakfast was completely gone at 7.30am. Do not stay here!

Do not book hear unless you want stay in an extremely unclean roach infested place. This place is extremely dirty, they obviously don't clean after eating visit. They clearly have a roach infestation because there are plenty of baby roaches. Which is they have. A roach infestation I wouldn't be surprised if they also had bed bugs. I walked into my first room and was disgusted and then walked into the second room they gave and it was just as bad but by that time my skin was already crawling. Don't waste your money here. There are other hotels who are cheap but at least clean a little bit. They also REFUSED to grant me a refund bc THEY don't keep up with THEIR property. Disgusting places and disgusting owners.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! THE PHOTOS ARE NOTHING LIKE THE LISTING AND IT SMELLED LIKE CIGARETTES AND MARIJUANA WHEN WE WALKED INTO OUR ROOM AFTER BEING TOLD WE WOULD BE CHARGED A $350 FINE FOR SMOKING. THE SMOKE DETECTOR WIRES WERE HANGING OUT OF THE CEILING AND THE BED WAS VISIBLY DIRTY. THERE WAS A /C UNIT T HAT WAS BOARDED WITH PLYWOOD IN THE WINDOW. KITCHEN WAS NOT CLEANED FROM THE STAY BEFORE OURS THERE WAS FINGER PRINTS AND FOOD CRUMBS EVERYWHERE!!! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST I'VE EVER WALKED INTO! WE LOST ALL OF OUR MONEY FOR THE WEEK STAY AND CHECKED OUT WITHIN 1.5 HRS OF CHECKING IN AFTER LOOKING AROUND THE ENTIRE PLACE AND DECIDING WE ABSOLUTELY WERE NOT STAYING THERE. EXPEDIA REFUSED TO HELP US GET OUR MONEY BACK AND I HAVE PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING.

The hotel was disgusting. We arrived late at night so we had to stay there for one night. We contacted hotels.com that night and told them we needed to cancel our next two nights. They then proceeded to not refund the next two nights that we canceled. Extremely disappointed and will not be using hotels.com again.

We left within a half hour, the AC didn’t work, there were roaches, and the facility was filthy. They had a sign up stating that you had to pay a premium if you live nearby, indicating there is illegal activity like drug usage or prostitution happening on site.

Didn't use internet, had trouble with the tv, ac Didn't work properly and we had to keep the fan running , it was humid and now I'm getting sinusitis from the dust and fan .

I think the only thing I enjoyed about this place is that it was somewhere to sleep for the night. Other than that it was a terrible stay. I called the front desk to confirm that they don’t just give out random people our room numbers and he said no. But in fact 30 minutes later I was in danger because someone now knew where I was and it was very scary. I trusted that they wouldn’t give out that information and they failed me. Didn’t try to do anything about making it right or me to feel safe for the night he was very mean and made it seem like it was my fault. They came up and told me if this person comes again and causes a disturbance that they would have to vacate me for the night. When it wasn’t my fault from the beginning
