The Grand Marquis - Spacious Park Circle Bungalow

Get ready to make yourself at home in this family and pet-friendly historic craftsmen bungalow. You'll be steps away from all that Park Circle has to offer, including the fantastic new inclusive playground and event venues Firefly Distillery and Riverfront Park.

Also close by you'll find great restaurants, wine bars, breweries, shops, tennis courts and more. By car its 12-20 mins to downtown Charleston, 20 mins to the beach (Sullivan's Island), and 10 mins to the airport.

We invite you to make yourself at home! The entire property will be yours for the length of your stay.
Nestled in the heart of Park Circle, among beautiful parks and a vibrant commercial district, our home offers convenience, comfort, and style. The house features a large front porch under a huge oak tree, a well equipped open kitchen, and a large, private backyard.

With its own private driveway that accommodates up to 3 vehicles and an additional spot in front of the house, parking and unloading will be the least of your worries throughout your stay here!

Embrace the Southern custom and relax on the front porch with a cold drink. Wave hi to the friendly neighbors and enjoy the mature trees around you.

A Bright, Open Living Area -
The space flows from the sitting area into the dining area into the kitchen, making it easy for your group to comfortably gather and spend time together. The dining area, which seats 6 comfortably, is perfect for a family meal or game night. We provide a nice collection of board games.

A Well Equipped Chef's Kitchen -
The kitchen features a gas range, a large island, and lots of counter space. It is equipped with most everything you should need to make a delicious meal - a variety of pots, pans, dishes, knives, cooking utensils, a full spice drawer, and plenty of cabinetry. There are 4 seats at the kitchen island.

Three Comfortable Bedrooms -
All three bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds. We only use white cotton linens with fluffy duvets for a touch of hotel elegance.

Two Full Bathrooms -
The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bathroom is located between the other two bedrooms and has a bathtub/shower combo.

Private Backyard -
Enjoy the fully fenced backyard by grilling out and having a dinner under the stars or by watching the kids or pups play.

In Charleston for a wedding

Five adults stayed here to attend a wedding. The house was cozy, yet spacious. The master bath / bedroom was separated from the other two bedrooms offering some nice privacy. The other two bedrooms were a nice size and shared the other bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and all the appliances were modern. The area of North Charleston is a lot of fun. There were tons of fun restaurants just about a block away. We also enjoyed walking through the neighborhood of North Charleston and made our way down to the riverfront park. If you have kids, you must check out the playground in Park Circle. It is the coolest playground I have ever seen. The location also made it easy to get to downtown Charleston in only 20-25 minutes. We really enjoyed exploring Charleston and the other sights, then coming home to this nice, quiet place in North Charleston. I highly recommend.

Comfortable and Quiet

This house is located on Park Circle so within walking distance to restaurants and the park. The house is quiet and comfortable with a fenced yard. One of our 2 under 12 pound dogs did manage to slip through one of several openings. in the fence and edcape so beeare.

LOVELY Thanksgiving week stay at a Charleston Bungalow

I wasn't sure I could find a place that would work for my wife and I and our two adult daughters with their husbands and dogs. But, this place has three bedrooms, all with large comfortable beds. It has a fenced in backyard with a charcoal grill and a firepit. It was nice and cool at night so perfect for the firepit! Since we were there over Thanksgiving, we had to make some big meals. The kitchen was perfect, nice new gas stove, a dishwasher, and a giant farm style sink. In addition, there are lots of pots and pans and nice dishes. We didn't have to use paper plates and cups since there were plenty of dishware and drinkware for our group. In addition to a perfect house, and wonderfully attentive hosts, the location couldn't be better. Park Circle is just up the road and if you have youngish kids, it is an astounding play area. And, if you are with adults, there are very nice tennis courts just around the corner. My wife and I played every morning we were there. And then we had family pickleball grudge matches on the same courts. If you don't want all that physical action, the hosts have done a wonderful job of curating the bars, restaurants, and coffee shops right there in the area, of which there are many. We took advantage of a few of them, and the descriptions by the hosts were spot on. We had a fantastic time in Charleston and a lot of the reason for that was due to our stay at the Grand Marquis.

Great location for all of us. Pups enjoyed the fenced yard, kids loved the playground a short walk away and the same for adults with a quick walk for some well deserved adult beverages. Would definitely recommend and we'll be coming back. Thanks!

Grand Marquis

This property was exactly what our family needed. The home was spacious so we could spread out and our furrbabies love the enclosed back yard. The home is older but fashionably updated with tasteful charm. Highly recommend the Grand Marquis.

10/10 - Neighborhoods, city, parks, food and host. The host was amazing and communicative! I just cant find anything to say bad about the trip and I drove through the hurricane to get and it was definitely worth it!!

Older home but fulfilled our needs

We were there there for 4 days but had to leave early due to a hurricane threatening our homes. The 2 days we were there were fine. Minor repairs were needed as the master toilet leaked around the base and the kitchen faucet also had water leakage. We cook during our stay and it would of been nice to have a decent knife that cuts well. These things were minor and we had a good stay.

Baseball trip - Shipyard Park

We had a great stay on this property. Fenced in yard was great for the dogs. Host was easy to communicate with but little was necessary. House met every need plus had an additional bed in the alcove area so we didn't need another air mattress. Overall very happy with the stay! Park just down the road (5 min. walk), and cool downtown area just 5 min. the other way with plenty of dining options.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the safe and quiet neighborhood. The location was ideal because we could walk to so many different coffee shops, restaurants and the park. Every neighbor we met was extremely welcoming and friendly as well. The house was clean upon arrival and AJ and Aaryne were excellent hosts and very attentive. We would highly recommend this home to all future guests!

Week long family trip

My family of four ( plus two puppers) had a wonderful week long stay at this beautiful rental. Everything was more than comfy, cool and convenient. We had plenty of personal space for all of us when needed and our large dogs enjoying the fenced in back yard! We highly recommend and would definitely plan on staying again in the future.

Cute House

We enjoyed our stay here. Kids loved that they could walk to tennis courts and play pickleball. House had everything we needed. Just the right amount away from Downtown Charleston. We were visiting to see the college there for our daughter.
