Just as described!!

The house was beautiful, and was just as described in the listing. It was very clean and was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool was great and was also very clean. The house was equipped with various updated household and kitchen appliances. The only con I had was the bathroom door in the master bathroom swung inward, not outward, making it a little hard to enter the shower without your body touching parts of the shower wall/glass door. I would have also liked to have a television in the bedrooms. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Home!

This place was all that it was advertised to be and more! The app we were asked to download for checking in/leaving was easy to use and had all of the information we needed for our stay. I used it when a few issues came up to contact the property manager and got immediate responses. The house was immaculate upon arrival! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen had every appliance/pot/pan/plate/cup you could need. The bathroom showers were spacious and spa like! The backyard area is beautiful and well kept. The pool was incredible! Our kids swam in it non-stop (when we weren't at the beach) and really enjoyed the heated water and lights at night. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and is very close to shopping, restaurants and the highway for those ventures to other beaches and points of interest. If you see this property, and are thinking about renting...don't think....just do! You won't regret it! We will be coming back again for sure!

Superb property and great property management company

Having stayed at numerous vacation rentals, there is always the apprehension when trying somewhere new. You can rest assured that this property lives up to the description and the other excellent past reviews. The property is very well equipped with everything you could need, the pool area is excellent, property well furnished, the neighbourhood is friendly and quiet - a real home away from home. I want to also give kudos to the property management company, Fort Lauderdale Stays and David - their communication is excellent, and they provided lots of helpful information and were on hand if required. Will certainly be using them again for a future vacation.

Fantastic stay

This property was perfect in every way for our party of 3 adults and one small dog. Wonderful neighborhood with easy access to the beaches, marinas and many attractions in the south Florida area and convenient to quality shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable mattresses, quality linens and excellent water pressure. I ended almost every day in the perfectly heated pool. The few rules are easy to honor and the location is private with pleasing landscapes outside every window. I had one question about the remotes, and it was handled quickly and patiently. Otherwise, completely easy and uneventful which was exactly what we wanted.

Great Long Weekend Getaway

My wife and I have stayed in many VRBO rental properties in the Ft. Lauderdale / Miami area during the past several years, and Serenity Place was our favorite so far. The house is very modern and in excellent condition. All furnishings and finishes are quite high end and clearly well maintained. The backyard is entirely private, and we appreciated the various different seating areas and loungers around the pool. We also enjoyed the very comfortable coach in the main living area, great beds and the very functional and beautiful kitchen that was very well stocked with a wide variety of dishes and glassware. Small touches like a dedicated freestanding ice maker and attractive backyard lighting also really helped to make this property a wonderful spot for a small group getaway. The neighborhood was very quiet and great for morning and evening strolls. Finally, we appreciated the app used by the property management company to have all information at our fingertips before and during our stay, including a means of quickly communicating with the property manager with questions or issues (although we had none during our stay).

Thank you. Seriously we had an amazing stay. The house was perfect. Everything was stocked so well. We were so close to Publix, Walmart, target etc. playground was near by for the kiddos, not to mention the beach. The pool was perfectly heated. All in all great great stay. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay at Serenity Place

Serenity Place is a beautiful home. We stayed for 2 months, and would loved to have stayed even longer. The neighborhood is a quiet, peaceful area. We took walks every morning and every night - very safe and secure. There is so much nearby - we even walked to the local Publix every morning for the newspaper. The house itself is immaculate and has every modern convenience as if you were in your own home. The kitchen is supplied with everything needed to cook and entertain; there are games to play and movies to watch. The beds are all comfortable; and bathrooms are spotless. The backyard is an oasis, and we felt like we never wanted to leave. During a crazy time in this world, we truly felt serenity at this home. We were sad to leave, but look forward to returning.

A great family home away from home

We made the trip to attend the Tortuga festival and I did some pretty detailed searching before settling for this place. From the minute we walked in and were greeted with the inviting lighting, music and impeccable room staging we were impressed. The pool and all the other amenities were available as promised. My wife and kids thoroughly enjoyed the stay and we would recommend it to anyone as a great place to enjoy themselves. Close to all the Fort Lauderdale attractions and dining. Well done all around by Steve and David.

A beautifully presented home from home

We have recently returned from 5 fabulous weeks at Serenity place. Infact I didn't want to leave. The house is beautifully furnished with comfortable and stylish furnishings., the pool is very warm and regularly cleaned. It is the best equipped rental we have stayed in. The house is very well looked after and the service from both David and Steve was impressive and friendly. There were lovely touches within the house. Starbucks coffee available on arrival,very welcome after a transatlantic flight. Washing powder,washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs,liquid soap just to name a few items and everything environmentally friendly. A huge plus to us. Imperial point is a great location. Close to the US1 short drive to the I95. Great shopping all around. Lovely beaches of Lauderdale on sea Nd Pompano within a very short drive. Lots of food options close by. We love this area and will be back next year. Special tip. Visit Fort Lauderdale executive airport find the Jet cafe and have breakfast, delicious!!
