"Room was clean, but the maintenance on the room was ok. The primary towel rack was half out of the wall. When we pulled a towel out it fell to the floor. Having been in hotel housekeeping i know there are times you wait for the guest to check out before making repairs. However when we mentioned it to the front desk we were told it would be handled. When we got back that evening we found the towel rack under the sink. Just be honest with your guests about what you will or will not do. On the other hand the breakfast was good and our stay was enjoyable."
