It's a good place to stay the best to me the front desk are very helpful very courteous the head manager is a very nice lady always attentive and always caring about the gas maintenance maids excellent I thank God for this place save my life more ways than one thank you.

It should be NO STARS!!! Do not even try this place!! We couldn't stay in this place. The room was dirty, it had dirty sheets and bath room. I and we felt very unsafe. They don't offer blankets either. We had had to get another room. They pictures did not match the how it looks!

The room i was given was dirty. Bathroom floor, shower and sheets all had visible dirt and stains. When I pulled back the bed sheets to look for bedbugs, I found blood on the matress cover. Not a stain but actual dried blood. I have asked for a refund but havent heard back. We ended up leaving after driving 10 hours and looking for a new room in the middle of the night with my two kids and two dogs.

Check on was easy but the beds were not very comfortable there was no blanket olny a top sheet so sleeping was fairly difficult.

I want to say this place was nice but it wasn't at least my room wasn't it looked nothing like the photos I got one of the bigger rooms with a jacuzzi tub and the tub was out of order and everything was just janky looking. I went to get a soda at the vending machine, they didn't take cards so I had to find whatever change I had left I barely had enough, I had to exchange 20 pennies for two dimes @ front desk, the girl was pretty rude to me. The machine ate two of my dimes, and when I notified the girl she said there was nothing she could do I asked her if she could spare $0.20 since that's all I had on me and she basically said go f yourself in other words of course, so I had to go out to my car in the cold with limited clothing on, as I was getting ready for bed. I went back and gave her extra change and told her to keep it for any other future guest that may need it. 😉

Sleep less in Los Vegas
The hotel is in need of maintenance. Paint is bubbling in the lobby and room; the shower curtain rod was following off and the curtain would not stay closed, only a sheet on the bed no blanket or bed spread, and the pillows were small.
