Booked 4 nights and stayed 1. The rotting odor was unbearable, defective door locks were a security concern, ceiling leaked and dripped. bugs inside room on dishes was unsanitary, the noise from adjoining campground as reported from other travelers was the opposite of peaceful. false advertising saying adults only. They note in buried details that anyone older than 3 years old is an “adult.” Getting the runaround now trying to get reimbursed for horrific unsafe and unhygienic conditions. We were assigned Bungalow #7. Avoid!!!!!

Absolutely beautiful - location, bungalow, property, everything! Staff was friendly and super helpful. We are already in contact to go back next year with our kids to stay in the 2 bedroom bungalow. We could not have picked a better place for our honeymoon. Zero complaints!

Okay, so when we first arrived I loved the staff. It was a bit hard to find the parking lot, but we got it handled. We were shown to our room and for a minute it was not quite as nice as the pictures, but give it a minute. The artsy accents and bamboo structure will win you over and you will never want to leave. Our last day there they were doing upgrades to the pool area too and there were materials for more so I'm assuming they are working on updating the details. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was just amazing and again, I absolutely loved the staff. We had to take wedding photos immediately upon arrival, and when we returned we had so much fun at the bar with the staff. The owners set up our room with a bottle of champagne and lovely note. My only negative (unless we got the wrong room) is that we reserved the "Beach Front" suite, which would seem to have an ocean view, but we were in #6 with no ocean view.
