This charming, newly remodeled home is nestled in a small, quiet neighborhood with convenient access to Yosemite National Park, Bass Lake, Oakhurst, and the Sierra National Forest.

*5 miles to the heart of Oakhurst and local stores (ultimate convenience to grab groceries and small items for your day trips into the park or an outing to eat out)
As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the entire home. This includes access to the three beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, outside deck, 1/2 acre of surrounding yard, fast wifi, 65" Roku TV, full kitchen, new furniture, and more!

Guest will have complete access to the home, with the exception of a few locked storage spaces that will be labeled reserved for housekeeping. The garage is not accessible to guests.

YOSEMITE ENTRACE RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:
Reserve online at the official National Parks Service website.
Reservation required to drive into or through the park on some dates/times through Oct 27.
The requirement is for entry from 5 am to 4 pm on some dates through October 27, 2024:
April 13–June 30: in effect on weekends and holidays only.
July 1–August 16: in effect daily.
August 17– October 27: in effect weekends and holidays only.

We wanted to be intentional with the layout and items in the living room - this space is the heart of the home. Our spacious living room is the perfect place to snuggle up and watch a movie on the 65” Smart TV, cultivate conversation, or strum the guitar - it’s not just for decoration!

☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆
Step into comfort where each bedroom exudes its own charm and comfort. The main floor hosts 2 inviting bedrooms—1 queen and 2 double beds—each adorned with thoughtful touches like memory foam mattresses, ample storage, and stylish decor. Upstairs, a freshly renovated master bedroom offers a king bed, with an exclusive full bathroom.

The house offers a fully stocked kitchen complete with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, sink, toaster, blender, and pantry to store extra food. You will find a variety of All Clad stainless steel pans, as well as baking dishes, and utensils to help with all your cooking needs.

☆☆COFFEE/TEA ☆☆
Complete with a coffee pot that makes up to 12 cups, ground coffee, a variety of tea bags, mugs, sugar, and an electric coffee grinder for your use if you’d like to bring your own beans.

☆☆DINING☆☆
Enjoy a meal at the spacious 8-person dining table in the dining room, with an additional 4-seater breakfast seating at the kitchen counter. There is plenty of room for everyone to have a seat. When dinner is done, help yourself to a variety of board games available to you.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Our outside deck is located just off the main living space with a backyard lined by beautiful trees. There is a family of deer that visit our backyard on occasion, as well as many different birds, including wild turkeys! The patio itself features a propane grill and comfortable seating to enjoy the outdoors. And with the newly appointed "toy shed" on the side yard, there are yard games and beach chairs accessible for outdoor family fun!




There is free parking for up to three vehicles in the dirt/gravel driveway.
