Nestled on the hillside in the quiet neighborhood of Bass Lake Heights, you will find our lovely cabin awaiting your arrival. The large 1/2 acre property provides plenty of room for parking and enjoying the great outdoors. From the moment you take in the mountain views and smell the surrounding pine and cedar trees, you will begin to see why we fell in love with this place. The large deck in the front is perfect for enjoying morning coffee, evening bbqs, and everything in between. Nearby hiking and biking trails lead to gorgeous lake views.

This 3 bed, 2 bath cabin features a newly remodeled kitchen and is fully stocked with everything you will need to have the comforts of home during your stay. The kitchen is open to a large dining area where you will find a family size dining table and sitting area. In the kitchen you will find everything you need such as dishes, pots and pans, small appliances, utensils, toaster, microwave, ice cream maker and a coffee maker. We also provide a very well stocked pantry with spices and other commonly used cooking supplies.

The living room has a knotty-pine vaulted ceiling with doors that open to stairs leading to the side yard and windows galore. This room has a 55” tv, Dish network channels, blu-ray dvd player, window A/C unit.

High quality towels, linens and pillows are included for use at no additional charge. Toiletries, paper products, kitchen and laundry soap are also included.

The 3 bedrooms are each on their own private level, with the master being on the main floor. Master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet and satellite television.

The 2nd bedroom is located on the upper level and has 2 full size beds.

The 3rd bedroom is on the lower level and has a queen size bed & French doors that open up to its very own private wood deck, overlooking the meadow and seasonal stream in the back yard. You may even see the deer come through on their way around the neighborhood. You will also find a 32” satellite television and blu-ray DVD player.

Both bathrooms are decorated, have ample counter space and each have newer shower heads.

Cozy Cabin for a Great Week at the Lake

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The cabin is so cozy and has fun nostalgic decor throughout. Chris and Jen are excellent hosts who provided so many amenities and bonus items to make the experience special. There were even toys and lots of games for our kids to enjoy. The couches and beds are super comfy, and having AC in all the rooms was great. Can’t wait to come back to Bass Lake!

Independence Day Vaca

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the cozy cabin. The cabin is amazing. Every amenity you can think of and the hostess is super! The location is great, you have both Bass Lake and Yosemite a short drive away. Grocery stores are within a 15 minute drive and plenty of restaurants. The location is so quiet and neighbors are great. Thank you again for a great stay.

Wonderful cabin in the woods

My family had a wonderful time in this cabin. We were able to do some hiking and have a beach day by the lake. Other friends were camping nearby and we could easily go back back-and-forth between their campsite and our cabin for respite. The beds were very comfortable. There is air conditioning in almost every room for hot summer nights. I would come back. The hosts are very friendly and communicative.

Comfy Cozy Cabin

My husband and I spent a week in this very charming and cozy home. It definitely has that cabin feeling that we wanted, while providing all the amenities of home. This home is well maintained and the decor is quaint. It's located only one mile or so from Bass Lake, so the daily trek to the lake was quick and easy. The Perfect Spot to Enjoy it ALL!

The whole process in dealing with the Barkers to get the rental set up till the very end was great and absolutely painless. They also left some excellent breakfast treats for us to enjoy during our stay. The house itself had everything we needed and absolutely felt like a second home for us during our vacation. The whole group was sad to leave! -Close in proximity to travel over and visit Yosemite or spend the day close to home at Bass Lake. -Only a couple hours away from Sequoia and Kings Canyon As well. -Several local restaurants and shops within a short drive. I was originally wavering between 2 rentals and chose this one because of the reviews. No regrets. We will be back!

Bass Lake Weekend

Nice place, really close to the lake. We enjoyed the lake house feel & decor. It was in the 100’s the weekend we were there, but the owners provided A/C and plenty of fans to stay cool at night. We recommend this great place to anyone staying in the area.

Super easy to check in! We spent 10 days here and travelled to Yosemite 5 of those days, and spent a day at Bass Lake on a boat. It was clean, the kitchen has basically everything you'd need and then some, and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. The location was great! We had such a great time here - 10/10!

Lovely home, perfect location!

This was a wonderful vacation for us. Plenty of room for all of our family members, a perfectly stocked house, good air conditioning, excellent location. Only a short drive to either Bass Lake or the town of Oakhurst. I highly recommend this house!

Wonderful Getaway

This rental really has it all! Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large family. Great cookware. BBQ was clean and easy to use. Only a mile from the Lake. Enjoyed our stay.
