The home is centrally located for access to Yosemite National Park and exploring the beautiful Sierra Mountains.

This is a modern, spacious mountain home designed for couples, smaller families and friends, offering the perfect blend of relaxation, entertainment, and convenience.

Thoughtfully furnished and with open concept living spaces, 20 ft vaulted ceilings, and plenty of room to gather, the home provides a welcoming retreat after days spent exploring Yosemite, Bass Lake, and the Sierra foothills.

Sierra Nights

Stargazing is exceptional when the mountain skies are clear thanks to the area's low light pollution. Favorite stargazing spots include the back patio around the fire pit with the string lights off, or in the hot tub where you can relax and take in the night sky.

The property is located in the beautiful Sierra foothills where wildlife sightings are part of the mountain experience.

Common visitors include deer, California quail, squirrels, foxes and a variety of birds.

• Our mountain home is located in a classic Sierra foothill setting with oak trees, manzanita, pine trees, granite rocks, and natural mountain landscaping
• The home sits on a spacious 2+ acre parcel
• There are nearby homes that are visible
• Garage is generally not accessible to guests; however, trash bins may be stored there seasonally
• Neighbors’ friendly Labradors enjoy greeting guests

Security & Cameras

For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are three exterior security cameras:

• Driveway

• Patio gate entrance on north side of the property

• Patio gate entrance on south side of the property

There are no interior cameras.

Please note our occupancy policy:

Maximum occupancy applies at all times, not only overnight. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Day visitors, unregistered guests, parties, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please do not book this home if you intend to invite anyone who is not included in your reservation.

We know most guests will naturally treat the home and property with care and respect. We simply want to be clear that this home is not suitable for anyone intending to invite additional visitors or host a gathering during their stay. There are several other homes in the area that are set up to accommodate larger groups.

We have worked hard to create a comfortable, welcoming, and well-maintained home and property for our guests to enjoy, and these rules help ensure we can continue providing that experience for everyone.
