Room seemed fine at first glance but carpet outside bathroom was soaking wet so had to change rooms. In new room, smoke detector wasn’t actually on, no light and hanging from the wall. Lights flickered on like an old laundromat. Heat wouldn’t turn off at temp set, had to manually get up through the night to turn it on and off. Room phone didn’t work at all. No USB charging ports.

I really wanted to give four stars. The room was fine, amenities fine, staff friendly and helpful. The location is terrible to access especially in heavy traffic. I was advised by the hotel the day before arrival that their parking would be severely curtailed and was obliged to modify my planned activities. (I must say in the event the parking crisis did not occur.) The usual little things, the Keurig machine delivered no coffee, the alarm clock read the wrong time and couldn't be reset (?) and the thermostat LCD letters were worn out, though the climate control worked very well. They are just a miss instead of just a hit.

We came from another state for a short trip to Yosemite National Park. Since our flight to SFO arrived late, we called the hotel on the day of check-in to inform them that we would arrive late. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, the staff continued to be kind and accommodating. The hotel, including the guest room, was very clean. Although our stay was short, it was very comfortable. Thank you!
