The property is falling apart. You are welcomed to a revolving door that is roped off, another door which is broken and blocked off, and finally one small door that is not automatic to roll your luggage through. The check in was fast but it was enough time for me to see all of the peeling laminate from all the counter tops. When I entered the room, I found rodent droppings on my bed and a blood stain on the bedding and walls. I immediately booked another room elsewhere and left. I did not feel safe at this location

Front desk person with zero customer service skills. Area is shady, room had a foul smell, no microwave or refrigerator - online pictures are VERY deceiving. I did not feel safe at all but was too tired to drive elsewhere-especially after already paying the one-night fee. I do NOT recommend this place at all.

Great location! Convenience to downtown SF and SFO. Also had a fun time exploring the nearby area. Bought some See's chocolates from the nearby See's chocolate factory. Only thing that upset me the most about Pointe Park hotel is there's no running hot water. I have to take a cold shower in the morning at 51 F degree cold temperature.

The HVAC fan in the room was horribly noisy. The entire place felt like those motels you see on tv where drug deals go bad. Im pretty sure this place made it on an episode of COPS a few times. The cable wasn't in HD on the tv. The bed itself wasn't bad though and the staff was friendly. Im just hoping the staff won't purchase anything with the photocopy of my debit card they made upon check in.

Cold showers

Staff was friendly and did the best they could but even though we were told hot water we just had to run it for a while, it never warmed up enough to take a shower. Extremely frustrating, unfortunately not worth the $90 we paid for it

The heater was not working in the room. I notified the front desk and the response was that it will be taken cared of tomorrow by maintenance. Did not even ask me what room I am checked in. So uncaring. The carpet is filthy. The bathroom could really use a little upkeep. I will not recommend this property to anyone.
