Parking was horrendous! Lots of construction bins everywhere left few spaces to park. Afternoon staff was very curt. I asked for a couple of more towels. I was told they would be taken to our room. Never arrived!!

The room was not very clean, there were roaches in the bathroom. They charged an extra amount on my card. No the incedental hold, that i understand but the front desk said he will take care of it. I hope he does. Not the friendliest of staff.

The room is dated and a beat up but super clean. Paired with inexpensive parking and a shuttle to the airport totally a value for cost. Definitely kind of a sketchy location, but it was okay. The front desk staff was quick, smart, and friendly. She took care of business quickly and kindly. The room needs improvement! There was no trash can and the bathroom door didn’t close!! I went to the desk to complain but was told it’s too late at night, no one can do anything about until the next day. That doesn’t help when you’re only stanying one night.
