Very run down place. No hot water in the shower. Bathroom and sink area was grimy and falling apart. Found bugs in the bed…not sure if was bed bugs but it looked like it. Brought all of this to managements attention and they couldn’t care less. Also, area and people seemed unsafe. Parking lot was full and had to park out on the street. Beware! Stay elsewhere.

Was worried about the area, slept with the door locked and bolted, and did not take the chance of laying down on the sheets, slept with clothes on. The walk from the check in counter to the room was long, as I was given the very farthest room in the complex. As a woman and it being late at night, I felt unsafe walking alone.

I booked this room mainly because of the price, as I only needed a cheap place to spend a few hours before an early morning flight, so I knew what to expect. However, even for a budget hotel—especially one operating under the Wyndham name—basic upkeep should be a priority. The property feels very old, the door lock in our room did not work properly, the pillows were extremely small (more like sofa cushions than bed pillows), and the shower was in poor condition. Additionally, access to the rooms requires going up stairs, which makes it inconvenient if you’re traveling with heavy luggage.

My positive was the staff person that supported me. The front desk person as well as the man who helped me plug in the air conditioning unit so I didn’t have to lay on the floor to do it, as well as get the picture on the tv and also figure out the door lock. This place was a bit spooky but I did appreciate the shuttle . To be fair I was coming in after 10 by the time I got there. I wish I paid a bit more money for a better quality hotel. A lot of people filled this location.
