Very run down place. No hot water in the shower. Bathroom and sink area was grimy and falling apart. Found bugs in the bed…not sure if was bed bugs but it looked like it. Brought all of this to managements attention and they couldn’t care less. Also, area and people seemed unsafe. Parking lot was full and had to park out on the street. Beware! Stay elsewhere.

Clean and comfortable hotel and a smooth check-in. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was very handy. There isn’t much around the area, but having an IHOP right next to the hotel was convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Though the TL needs a complete new look, it is clean, efficient and in a great location. Staff needs to be a liitle more more pleasant, warm, welcoming and accommodating. They never acknowledge you, no greetings or smiles. I almost feel as though I am bothering them.

During my stay at the Travelodge by Wyndham San Francisco Airport North on December 24, 2025, I found several positive aspects and some areas that need improvement. The free and reliable shuttle service was a great convenience, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the hotel’s connection to an IHOP was a nice bonus. Additionally, the short walking distance to a convenience store was very handy. However, the check-in process was chaotic, with insufficient lobby seating for guests waiting to check in. The property is quite sprawling, and during our stay, it rained, which made the lack of continuous covered walkways between buildings problematic as we got wet walking from our room to the lobby. The layout of the rooms was confusing, and the bathroom was poorly maintained. There was a noticeable cockroach infestation, and the furniture surfaces, carpet, and walls were dirty.

No bathroom door. This alone I could tolerate but altogether with no mini fridge, microwave, etc. You're better off just going somewhere nearby. The lack of privacy if you are sharing a room is just not ideal.
