Very run down place. No hot water in the shower. Bathroom and sink area was grimy and falling apart. Found bugs in the bed…not sure if was bed bugs but it looked like it. Brought all of this to managements attention and they couldn’t care less. Also, area and people seemed unsafe. Parking lot was full and had to park out on the street. Beware! Stay elsewhere.

The place was a dump. Not clean, not quiet, uncomfortable furniture and rude reception. Don't recommend this place to any travelers. Wyndham would do well to sell this property for an airport parking lot.

Staff was somewhat unprofessional in the beginning straight forward in their response, not very friendly. Meaning, as if I were there to conduct unprofessional business! People using profanity in the lobby toward the staff. One person apparently slept in the lobby all night. Just wasn't a good environment for me. The staff gave me a room on the first floor.I appreciate the room was clean as far as the bed linen and the carpet, but the room was very outdated the walls really need a paint job. The door frame was badly chipped, the carpet is outdated the bathroom, the shower flooring outdated, gave the appearance of not being clean. The overall environment. I didn't even sleep in the bed I slept on top of the bed. I brought my Lysol and I used it! When the morning came, I took my shower wearing shower shoes. lt just wasn't a good feeling being there. I don't know about other Travelodge, but I know I will not stay at the Travelodge San Francisco Airport again. I had to park a distance from my room which was on the first level near the parking lot but apparently the parking lot was full and people were parking everywhere I didn't feel safe walking to my room, it was late at night and there were gentleman lurking around the area. I'm glad my stay there is over and I will not be returning to the Travelodge San Francisco Airport again, thank you.
