This hotel was extremely clean and spacious. They had a fridge and microwave in the room. I rented a car so needed a place to park and the fact that they had a shuttle to the airport was also a plus as my party was all leaving at different times. Had great Mexican food just across the street for dinner and the continental breakfast was basic but ample with cereal, waffle maker, bread, yogurt and eggs. I found it to be quiet for a street side room but was there on a Wednesday. Great price! Thank you for the hospitality! Would stay there again without hesitation.

It was not the best hotel nor the worst, by far, just average. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, but that was the highlight. One of the pictures of the hotel is labeled "restaurant" under dining. I thought there was a restaurant inside the hotel, but no. It was a typical continental breakfast room with a self-turning waffle maker. Hotel staff did their job, but it was the bare minimum. The underground parking was extremely tight, just what you would expect from a downtown city hotel, but customers with no city driving experience need to learn how to park without taking up two stalls, and the hotel staff needs to contact the vehicle owner/room occupants to get them to move their vehicles into one space or assist them if they can't figure out how to park on their own.

Clean little Hotel near the Airport. Everything in good order just a bit outdated. Good for an overnight stay. Airport shuttle available.

I’m not sure how this place was rated a 9.0. Staff was friendly enough but the place is run down and does not look like it’s pictures. Very loud near road and could easily hear other people snoring and walking around.

This hotel is a good choice if you want to be close to SFO. They have a shuttle and free breakfast which is convenient. The breakfast room is small and there aren't that many options, but it works. We had a late arriving flight and needed a room close to the airport and Hotel Aura fit the bill.

Aura is a reasonably priced hotel for the area. It was clean, had easy parking and the staff was friendly and efficient. On the downside: the walls are somewhat thin, could definitely hear the neighbors. The room was a bit dated and worn. And breakfast was pretty bad.
