One bedroom one bath condo conveniently located one block off the beach and you don’t have any busy roads to cross to be surf side! Perfect size for a small family or a couple escaping for a relaxed vacation. This comfortably furnished condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen which includes a microwave. Close enough to the beach for bathroom and lunch breaks. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a great family friendly northern beach location close to the outlets and restaurants, and a quick walk to catch the bus for $3.00/day to be on the boardwalk or the inlet without the hassle of a car.
You will need to bring towels, bedding linens, all other toiletries. Bedroom has queen bed and queen pullout sofa in LR. 4 pillows are provided.

We had a wonderful stay at the North Oceanside Condo. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The amenities were excellent, making it easy to feel right at home, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Communication with the host was effortless from start to finish, with quick, friendly responses that made planning our trip stress-free. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. This was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable rental experiences we’ve had, and we will definitely be booking here again for our next visit.

Property was clean & cold on arrival. View to beach from deck was nice. Location is perfect for beach, Northside Park, food, & stores. Parking spot is tight so we used street parking. Quiet neighborhood. Smell of pot was intense at times on deck & outside hallways. Front door was difficult to operate with key lockbox around the doorknob and storm door in the way. A bit of a struggle to open & close. We used the deadbolt lock. Bedroom has shutters, not a door so not much privacy. No shade on BR window so that bright sun will have you up early. Pull out sofa was missing screws & a bit flimsy so we left it out during our stay so not to damage it more. The rental is just room & furniture. No hand soaps at sinks, or trash bags, ect
 Overall an uneventful stay. Thank you.

Clean, convenient and comfortable

Location is great with easy access to the beach and a view of the ocean from the balcony. The unit was very clean and had many little extras that made it nice. It is in an older building with room a/c but the recent updates to the kitchen and bathroom, large smart TV (easy to simulcast) and the decor makes up for building. The key box was very easy to use. Parking spot was tight but we were able to park 2 cars back-to-back when we needed on super busy July 4th. Unit was quiet on days that fireworks weren’t set off for the holiday. It worked out great for us to go back and forth to the beach.

Nice little condo/ great location

Took my 12 year old granddaughter to Ocean City for a quick trip before school. We stayed in this condo just steps from the beach. We were about 15 minutes to the boardwalk. Condo is an older unit, but was clean and everything was in working condition. The balcony gave views of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay

We stayed with our infant son and all had a fantastic week at the condo. It was very clean and had a great view of the beach. At night can turn off the AC, sit outside and hear the waves. The balcony has a retractable shade which was very nice. Bed is very comfortable and both AC units work great to keep the condo cool. Heat index was well over 100F for the week, and it kept the unit cool with no problems. We loved having a designated parking spot. Other people mention the parking is tight but our Hyundai Santa Fe fit with plenty of room. Beach access is very close to the condo with a nice walkway and a place to wash your feet before going back in. We would recommend 10/10 and absolutely would stay again.

Nice condo- and great location!

This condo is an EXCELLENT distance to the shore! It is very possible to leave your car in the reserved, covered spot beneath the building and carry your things out to the sand (which is a guarded beach during the day); it's not even a block of walking. This building is also an easy walking distance to at least one breakfast spot, convenience stores, and a few others; if you bring a car, it's also a short drive to grocery stores and other locations- and if you do stock up on groceries, the kitchen is truly fully-stocked, so you can cook just about anything (I also do like how most of the appliances are stainless-steel- but that's not a critical factor). I have been accustomed to central A/C, but the two window units kept my guest and I cool even on the warmest days. Due to the age of my guest, it was a bit of a challenge getting up the stairs to the condo, but it was overall a very good stay for us both.
