DIRECT BOARDWALK OCEANFRONT 3 BDRM 2 BATH (sleeps 10) third floor unit in a desirable Downtown Ocean City, Maryland location with breathtakingly beautiful ocean and boardwalk views. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full eat-in kitchen dining room combo. There is a spacious deck overlooking the ocean and boardwalk perfect for watching the sunrise, sipping your coffee and people watching. When you walk in from the beach there is a lovely living room with a large sectional sofa perfect for relaxing after a long day on the beach.

Just steps to the beach and boardwalk while walkable to several attractions, shops, and dining options like Fishtales, Reel Inn, Franco's Pizza, Layton's, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, the World Famous White Marlin Open and more! Public transportation (Ocean City Beach Bus) is also available right on 20th street. This downtown location is a quiet and family friendly, yet right on the beach and boardwalk!

Each bedroom has a different theme! The master bedroom has a whale theme completed with a King Bed and a full bathroom attached. The 2nd bedroom has a Heron theme with a full bed. There is a fun feel to the 3rd bedroom perfect for kids! Complete with a custom pallet wall with several fun features including a turning ships wheel and a connect 4 wall game. This room has a twin over full bunkbed with a trundle. You can park 1 car in the designated F2 parking space behind the home (+ overflow free street parking surrounding the building). Sheets, bath towels and hand towels are included in the cleaning fee price. All linens will be delivered prior to check-in.

Kathy Sue at Ocean Beach is also located less than a 20 minute drive to the Assateague Island National Seashore where you and your family can spend the day hiking and exploring 37 miles of sandy beaches and hopefully spotting some world famous wild horses. If the night life is your thing, just hop on the Ocean City Beach Bus to go to Secrets Jamaica USA, Fagers, Macky's, and Fishtales or barhop on the 3 mile long world famous boardwalk. The boardwalk has plenty of rides and attractions for the kids during the day like Trimpers and Jolly Rogers Amusement Park. Best location!

Location location location. House was clean and well stocked. Only issue was a bedroom fan didn’t work but other than that we had the best trip! The 3 flights of stairs is rough for bringing luggage up and out but you soon forget that with that view and huge porch!

Oceanside vacay

Well appointed and extreme location. Suited our family of nine perfectly. Host was kind and communicated well. My only concern was the three flights of stairs. We are senior citizens and we’re unaware there was a long climb.
