Welcome to your new home away from home! Gather the extended family or group of friends together for a fantastic vacation or holiday celebration at this spacious West Ocean City townhome. As you enter this home, you will feel ready to start relaxing! With high ceilings, hardwood floors, a large kitchen, generous room sizes, private washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of space to spread out, you won't want to leave! Up to 14 guests can comfortably stay in the four bedrooms fully equipped with HD TVs, plenty of clothing storage, and plush carpets. Relax out on your furnished balcony with a refreshing adult beverage. Pool is a short walk away at community center. (pool open in summer only). You can work out in the fitness center also in the community center
First floor: large queen bedroom semi-private suite with queen sleep sofa, attached full bathroom, dining area, and access to small patio. Second Floor: Large kitchen, half bathroom, living room, and dining area; access to 2 spacious decks
Third floor: shared full bathroom for a queen bedroom and two twin bunks bedroom, a King bedroom with attached bathroom and queen sleep sofa, and laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. Parking for 4 cars with using the 2-car garage.

Just 5 minutes to Ocean City Beach and the Boardwalk. Assateague State and Federal park is just 15 minutes away! There is a free Park and Ride where you can catch the bus into Ocean City without the concerns for parking! There is a community pool located within the town home neighborhood; Chipotle, Chic-fil-A, and Starbucks are a right across the street! Golf, and bars are all within an easy distance!

**NO UNDER 25-YEAR-OLD GROUP RENTALS** Families with children are welcome.
**Linens are not provided for this unit but are available as an option for an additional fee.
**Pets are allowed for a fee - $150 per pet for stays of 4 nights or less; $200 per pet for stays of 5 or more nights. Dogs Only.

Great location but could use a deep cleaning.

We stayed at this property for the Oceans Calling Festival and the location was perfect. The check in process was very simple and the property management communicated very well. I only gave 4 stars because the property needs a good deep cleaning. Additionally, the walls are all scuffed, the toilet seats need to be replaced and the washing machine has mold growing in it. I also feel that this was a very expensive property and we had to pay extra for all of our linens. I’ve never had to do that renting before. They also do not provide toliet paper or basic essentials.

It was a great experience. This was our first time using VRBO so I was skeptical at first but it ended up being a great and positive experience. The place was beautiful and looked like the listing. Will def use them again.

Absolutely beautiful. The only drawback was that was the first rental we had to bring our own linens

Unit was clean and neat and beautiful. We never needed linens before so that was inconvenient. Outside of that the stay was nice.

The house itself was very accommodating & the sleeping arrangements were perfect for my family. The beds were super comfortable, we brought our own linens which made sleeping extra cozy. We did have some issues when we immediately arrived but were handled almost immediately by the property managers! Would stay here again.

Fantastic, large house and great location!

This house was fantastic for my family vacation! The common area is huge with tons of kitchen counter space. The bedrooms are laid out really nicely to accomodate a large group. We loved it!

Property was very nice, quiet, cleaning could be better, air vents very dirty. Not elderly friendly since there is alot of steps. It was very nice that we could bring our pets. Would definitely stay again. Very convenient to beach and restaurants.

This property is in the perfect location for a family that wants to be able to walk to everything! 1.3 miles to the boardwalk. Stores, Starbucks, Hoopers are in your back yard. We were down at Bike week, we rode some and walked lots! The house is minutes from Assateague Island ( great beach). The property has everything we wanted, including a downstairs area for kids retreat. Thank you!
