Bay front breathtaking view perfect for relaxing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, clamming and pier for crabbing, fishing. Includes Boat Slip with dock.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare anything from a snack to a feast! Eat in and save the cost of expensive restaurants.
Large porch, 10 feet from water to enjoy the spectacular southern view of bay for morning coffee and afternoon happy hour. The view is BREATHTAKING!
3 Bedrooms- master bedroom- queen bed, second bedroom- queen bed, third bedroom- 2 twin beds.
2 bathrooms- one walk-in shower, one tub/shower. One of the bathrooms is located in the master bedroom and the other located off main hallway.

My Personal Experience

I would definitely stay there again. The property was very well kept and you could actually smell the cleanliness in the condo. There were 2 adults and 3 children total and we had plenty of space. Very friendly neighbors too.

Country Calling Weekend

Amazing home with beautiful views of the bay. It was the perfect place to stay at for busy weekend in Ocean City. Far enough from the craziness of Country Calling but close enough to be convenient. The home was very well maintained, comfortable, and enjoyable with more than enough for 6 adults. We would definitely stay there again.

Our family enjoyed our stay on the bay. The porch has a beautiful view of the bay, the condo is well stocked with beach items and the kitchen has everything needed. Clean and updated also.

Weekend Getaway

Spent a much needed weekend with friends. Accommodations were more than expected. Condo was beautiful and clean and had everything needed for our stay. The view from the deck was incredible. We spent most of our time relaxing and enjoying the view. We would absolutely come back again.

Very nice spot in Ocean City

Four of my friends and I stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate one of us getting married. Overall the stay was nice - great back porch area, and generally the property is spacious. It was a bit unclean when we got there, unfortunately. Whoever stayed there just prior to us must have a weird affinity for floss sticks, because I kept finding them in every room on the floor throughout the weekend. My two cents is this is a nice stay for two couples or a young family of four. The two master bedrooms are nice, the third bedroom with single beds probably works for kids younger than 12.

Perfect location for a Great Weekend Getaway!

My family of four and my mom enjoyed a great weekend away before school starts back up. The property was clean and well equipped. You couldn’t ask for a better location! As longtime OCMD visitors, we love morning coffee and sunsets on the bay. We had a great time hitting up our favorite spots (Fishtails) and finding a few new cool ones (The Other One Brewing & BLU), right within walking distance.

Another great time

This is the second time we've booked this rental. We love the location, not too far from anything fun but far enough to keep things peaceful. Being right on the bay is our favorite part. Waking up to the calm waters of the bay right out the back is wonderful. Looking forward to booking this place again next year!

OC Getaway.

My husband and I and our four boys stayed at the Bayfront condo for 4 nights. Condo was very clean upon our arrival. Condo was stocked with everything for use to enjoy your beach vacation( chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etc). The condo is close to everything but it is located on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of Coastal Highway. Best part is the back porch over looking the bay. We could have stayed there for hours watching the boats go by.

Amazing place!

Everything was perfect. From the cleanliness of the condo to the location. I had a few questions for the owner throughout the stay and they were incredibly responsive and friendly. The views from the back porch were fantastic. We go to OCMD every summer and we love to stay Bayside, we will definitely be booking this condo again.

Let me start out by saying this property is beautiful. I booked a trip through VRBO for 7/18 - 7/22. Marcia cancelled the request sent us a booking through VRBO for 7/19 - 7/22. She then requested I mail a check to her house (outside of the platform) for 7/18. We checked into the property on 7/18 and discovered the mold. I text Richard about our concern along with a photo and received no response that evening. I received this text response the following day: "That not mold but the screen inside the ac. It was all just cleaned yesterday in the master bedroom ac." I found this response very strange being that I text him a photo of the mold covered master bedroom ac. I think this is an ongoing problem I noticed numerous moisture remediation devices behind the furniture. Needless to say we're not comfortable breathing mold. We relocated to the Hilton. When we checked in and unpacked our items we were amazed at the odor on our belongings from being here for about 12 hours. If you stay here please note they have an audio/video recording device with access to a "deemed" private space. They mounted a ring camera to the front door. Every time this door is opened the camera gives recording access to the kitchen/living room area. This camera is located behind the lockable storm door. When occupants have the storm door locked and the door open to let light in the camera has full access to the interior space. I'm working on these issues with VRBO, Richard and Marcia do not respond to phone call or text. It is not an enjoyable vacation experience to move, then fight for a refund.

The house was beautiful has everything we needed and was a prefect location. Close enough to the beach restaurants and shops but far enough away from the noise at night time. The view from the back porch was our favorite to enjoy cocktail hour! Richard and Marcia were very easy to get in touch with and great to work with! We will definitely be back!

Home is beautifully decorated. The water views from balcony is just full of serenity. Just sit outside and enjoy your favorite beverage and see boats and yachts passing by. Home is a short 5 mins walk to beach.

Peaceful and Relaxing

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The view from the patio was so relaxing and peaceful - I could have stayed there the whole trip! The house was very clean and nicely renovated. All the appliances, including washer/dryer, we’re newer, clean and worked well. It was a great location - close enough to walk to restaurants/beach/stores but quiet at the property. The unit is pretty small and I would have liked more space to hang our clothes. The bathrooms were also nicely renovated but the master bath had a slight odor that was a little off-putting. Overall though, we would definitely recommend this property. The owners clearly take great care of it. Thank you!!
