I have been going there for about 6 years now and this is the first time i have encountered the staff just walking into my room without knocking when we were asleep or in the shower. It made me feel so uncomfortable.

My husband is disable and not very mobile. He likes to watch TV to relax. The cable went out the second night of our stay and was out over 24 hours. The staff seemed unconcerned about the inconvenience and they were not staffed well enough for repairmen to be available overnight. The balconey door didn't lock, and they never sent anyone to fix it. The microwave was old and didn't work well. The room was spacious, but not well maintained. We used to love staying at this hotel, but we will not stay there again. Very sad to see the decline.

Front desk staff was outstanding they went above and beyond. Our room was clean and spacious also loved the full size refrigerator. First time there but not our last had a great experience.

Nice Stay

They stay was super. Easy check in and check out. Rooms and bathrooms are not brand new but they are pretty nice. Also Jessica at the front counter is the absolute best
