This gorgeous 4 bedroom townhome is conveniently located on the bayside, just 2 blocks from the beach. This property is beautifully appointed with flat screen tvs, cable, free WiFi, a state-of-the-art stereo system with Bluetooth capability, and luxurious furnishings and décor. All bedrooms are appointed with high-end mattresses, so you can enjoy a great night's sleep. Savor your water view while you sip your coffee in the kitchen or numerous balconies. You will be within walking distance of various rental watersports, mini-golf, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. This wonderful community offers a community pool and complementary access to the bay for fishing or crabbing. Three private parking spaces are available with additional on-street parking.

Property really does not comfortably sleep 10. Living room only seats 5 and not comfortably. Kitchen is good. Dining room could use 2 more chairs. Too many stairs for 70+ yr. olds (we were aware it is 3 stories but many stairs to each level).AC not adequate in 3rd floor and very cold in lower levels

Summer 2024

Great location; especially for teenagers who want to explore and shop on their own. Great places to shop and eat nearby. Getting to the beach was a breeze and it was nice have the crosswalk with a light for crossing. Our only complaint was communication with the owners but I think that was the fault of VRBO.

Well maintained property in great location

Just across the coastal highway from the beach. Walking distance to food, shopping, and entertainment. The property is very spacious and well maintained. The host was very accommodating. I would certainly stay again.

Wonderful family vacation

My husband & I celebrated our 40th anniversary with a beach vacation and our daughters and grandchildren. Everyone had a fantastic time and so many memories were made. The house was the perfect size for our 5 adults and 4 children. The amenities were great and being able to use the beach gear in the garage really helped. I recommend this property highly. Also the owners were very helpful with information we asked about and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for a memorable celebration and family vacation.

Great location and spacious house.

The best hosts ever

Everything for our vacation was great. We did have a hot water issue but it was completely taken care of in less than 24 hours. George was responsive immediately to any questions we had and the property was perfect, clean, large enough for our 9 family members, close to the beach and plenty of parking. I would highly recommend renting this property.

It was a nice place

We were a family of 8 (one that is only 22 months). There was plenty of space. I definitely left it cleaner than I received it. I know I probably could have called Tina and George and had this resolved but it was easier just to do it myself. We were ready to get our vacation started. It was a bummer that the beach wagon that was provided to carry the beach chairs and toys had a broken wheel, it made it difficult to push or pull but we made do. Overall, it was still a great vacation! Lots a places to eat and shop all within walking distance.

Great Place, Owners need a class on how to rent a property.

The home and location were great, unfortunately, the owners called me less than two days before our vacation demanding a list of our guests and their ages. I told them the copy of my license should be sufficient . They said it was a law, which it is not and said they would cancel the rental if I did not comply. Not the way I want to start a vacation. Ask upfront what information they will need from you before you rent.
