Century One-Gorgeous 2 Bedroom Oceanfront Century I Condo With Indoor Pool!

Three balconies! A rare treat this beautifully updated 6th & 7th floor split level condo boasts 3 balconies for spectacular ocean and bay views. Vacation begins the moment you enter this stylish unit and drop your bags in your private ocean front primary bedroom with balcony. With floor to ceiling windows you can watch the sunrise from bed before heading downstairs to the comfortable living area with sofa bed and well-appointed kitchen with bench seating for 4 or enjoy breakfast on the 2nd ocean front balcony. You won't want to miss the incredible Assawoman Bay sunsets from the 3rd balcony of the downstairs bedroom. A tub & shower bathroom is located right outside the bedroom door. You'll find large flat screen TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room. When you're ready for sand in your toes step off the massive Century 1 sundeck and hit the beach! The Century I building offers a fitness center complete with sauna as well as an indoor pool (open seasonally) and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment.

Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

Vacation

It was a well maintained condo with great view. I was worried as it didn't have many reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Its a 2 level condo and the kids liked their privacy. You can see both sunrise and sunset. The master bedroom has the beach view with sunrise and the 2nd bed room has little bit of bay view with sunsets. You can see the sunrise from the balcony in master bed room

Great place to stay

Location was great, condo was very nice and clean. Swimming pool was great. Overall great place. The only complaint was the design of the elevator you use to get your luggage up to the room. Getting your luggage off and on the elevator was difficult because of the small space.

First Family Vacation to Ocean City Maryland

First time in Ocean City and it was very nice! The condo was just as pictured and very clean. This unit comes with linens which was convenient. There was some getting used to with the layout of the condo since it is a split level. This condo was nicely decorated and had nice furniture. There were 2 boogie boards and a big sand shovel for my 7 year old and 14 year old to use. This unit is on the 7th floor which has a beautiful view of the ocean. I do want to mention that the hallway was VERY outdated and a little scary. I was very nervous upon entering the condo wondering if this was going to be a bad rental. When I opened the door I took a deep breath and was pleasantly relieved. A note to staff to update the hallway!!!!

Great property, lousy weather

My only complaint is the lag in my message sent to the owner was sent and wasn’t sent to them from VRBO for another almost 3 days. We inquired regarding chairs and umbrellas and didn’t receive a return message (at no fault of their own) until a day or 2 before the trip which made planning/packing difficult. The first half of the week, the weather did not cooperate. But the last 2 1/2 days were great. We had a great time and really enjoyed our family vacation!! Thank you!
