The rooms are large and clean. We have three young kids ages all under 9 so the pool was perfect. I liked the fact that we could park the car when we checked in and walk everywhere. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, convenience stores. The free breakfast was an added bonus. Nothing fancy just quick options muffins,bagels,breakfast bars,fruit. Most importantly there was coffee! The walk to the beach was short. Would definitely stay here again.

We had to wait more than 30 mins in a line waiting to check in only one employee on the peak hour. For complementary breakfast only one toaster for the whole entire 2 buildings so you have to wait a while to get your bagel heated up .

Sheets had a yellow stain on them when I pulled the comforter back. I asked for new sheets, they did not put them on and were not offering to assist either. There was trash under both beds. The couch had a KNIFE in the cushion that my son found when he sat down on it. Luckily, it did not stab him when he sat down. Really looked like the room was not cleaned at all. If it was cleaned it clearly was minimal effort. I've stayed here before and it was nice, won't go back after this time. Very disappointed .

The beds are awful. Possibly better sleeping on the floor or the beach. Awful. Awful Beds. Bed linens had lipstick on them, grossssss. Couldn’t get any clean towels or linens.

It was my first time coming to OCMD and I didn’t know what expect or where to stay, when arriving I liked the area and was even allowed to check in early. Entering the room it was clean. I liked that the property was super close to the beach. On the second day I came from the beach to use the bathroom and housekeeping had cleaned the room and somehow latched the door closed had to wait an hour before maintenance broke the door open,I just thought It was very inconvenient. Also everytime they came in to clean they forgot my toilet paper and front desk would never answer from the room phone. The water was always cold and the bathroom sink would fill up with water and not drain. I probably won’t stay at this hotel again. The stores and food near by where amazing and the beach being so close I would say that’s about it.

The elevator got stuck when we were booked there I had a baby with me there it was unsafe keep walking up and down the stairs. Other than that, it was a decent stay not too bad. I love the Ocean view from our suite and the views of the street was amazing. They do offer breakfast in the morning not too much the bagels were awesome. Great pool
