Welcome to your perfect getaway at our charming 3rd-floor walkup studio condo in the Three Cheers building, located on the 30th ocean block of Ocean City, MD. This completely remodeled condo offers a cozy and modern space for your beach vacation.

Step inside to find a sleek, fully stocked kitchen equipped with all the essentials you need for cooking up delicious meals. With plenty of storage space, you can easily tuck away your belongings and keep the condo tidy during your stay. The studio features two comfortable queen beds – one is a traditional bed, and the other is a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone.

What makes this spot truly special is its unbeatable location and fantastic amenities. In one direction, you’re directly across from the fun-filled Jolly Roger Amusement Park, perfect for family adventures. In the other direction, you’re just one block away from the beautiful beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf anytime you like.

Plus, you’ll love the added conveniences of free WiFi, free parking, and access to the community pool. Whether you’re here to explore the excitement of the amusement park, relax on the beach, or simply unwind in a beautifully updated condo, you’ll find everything you need for a memorable stay.

We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! To make your stay as seamless as possible, we provide a linen drop-off service, so you won’t need to bring your own. Upon arrival, a freshly laundered linen package will be waiting at your door, including sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth set for each guest. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so be sure to bring your own.
At the end of your stay, we simply ask that all linens be placed back in the provided linen bags and left just inside the front door. This helps us ensure a smooth pickup process and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for all our guests.

loved, but stunk!

Loved the location, was perfect for the concert we went for. However, it smelled like smoke bad! Not sure if the person before us smoked or if it came thru the walls/vents from another unit. But I'm not a smoker and I did not like having to smell it while in the room, nor did I want my clothes or stuff smelling like it either. We tried keeping the door open at times to remove the smell but that was not working.
