This delightful condo is designed for a couple who desire a romantic getaway on the OCEANFRONT or a couple with a small child. It rents in MINI-WEEKS AND
WEEKLY. It is a studio with a full queen size bed and a double sleeper couch. It has been renovated and has a view that is amazing. You can awake in your bed to watch the sunrise over the ocean and follow the dolphins swimming. At night enjoy the moon over the ocean and listen to the waves crashing below. The condo has a full kitchen or you can even spend time on the pool deck below and enjoy a meal or drinks at the Tiki Bar. In the evening you may spend time on your private open balcony with a drink and enjoy your oceanfront accomodations.

The real star of this apartment is the balcony and stunning ocean view. We love Ocean City and loved our time here. The hours spent on the patio were totally idyllic— it being so high up made it possible to soak up the sun and sit outside, even in late November. That said, there are a few things that we wish we’d known in advance: - it’s a tight space, so expect intimacy with your traveling companion! - you’re expected to bring your own linens. I would also recommend bringing pillows.- if you’re planning on eating at home, some of the kitchen supplies are limited I will also note that while there were some obstacles checking in, Darlene was very responsive and kind and wanted to make sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay, which ultimately we did very much.

Check-in process was simple. We were very pleased with our stay, great location, very quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Condo was perfect for my husband and I; comfortable & clean and had all that you need. Fully equipped kitchen. An amazing view from balcony Darlene was great and communication was excellent. Breath-taking view of the ocean.

While this was a work-related stay, I loved seeing the ocean from the desk where I was working. The tiki bar was amazing to have a drink and the food was very, very good.

New adventure

We have never been to OC before. Other the the long car ride , we had a great time. It was nice to have the private beach and pool at our finger tips. Darlene was a great host. You can tell she cares about the people who rent her place. Checking on us to see if everything was alright .That’s a sign of a great host!

The property was a small spacious condo with beach decor through out. There was plenty of room for 2 adults to enjoy a nice get away over looking the beach. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning before starting our day. The kitchen and appliances were perfect for our needs. Plenty of places to eat and shop as well as the local buses to get around easily. We will be back. Our host Darlene excellent! She was accessible and checked in to ensure we had no issues during our stay. Thank you for the use of your cute little get away by the sea!

Summer Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. The space was just right for us. Kitchen had all the essentials as listed. My hubby enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning. The property was very nice and close to the beach. Exactly what we expected and more!

We loved our stay at golden sands and the condo was exactly as described. Everything you would ever need is a short walk or drive away. The condo was charming, clean and had everything we needed, even a k-cup machine. Thank you for a great vacation, we will be back!

Perfect location!

Darlene’s condo is cozy, in great location and in the perfect location. We loved having an amazing view of the beach and enjoyed the peaceful environment. Also, the condo was just as described and was very clean! Darlene is really nice and we found it very easy to communicate with her when we had questions. Thanks for a great stay! Cute & Clean from Within the Room

The room itself was very on-point to what was advertised... Very cute, cozy, clean, and with a great view. The property itself was a little slummy, there is very little security at the building, people were walking around with rusty shopping carts, so that was off-putting. The elevator situation is also very slow and you may need to wait in a line a few times to get into an elevator. The owner of the room is very nice & communicative, so that was great. Overall the room itself is a nice experience.

Oceans Calling Festival

When we arrived, we were able to park in the covered garage and immediately go up to our condo. We had plenty of space to unpack and set up comfortably. The balcony area has a wonderful view of the ocean and always has a nice breeze. The condo was clean and sufficient for our needs. Thank you Darlene for letting us use your condo. Amazing sunrises

Darlene was very communicative and responsive. Check-in at the Golden Sands was expeditious and pleasant. The parking space assigned to the unit is most likely the best parking space on the property. The unit was well appointed and very comfortable. The very best part was hearing the waves crash while watching the sunrise from the comfort of bed!

Unprofessional

Air conditioning broke and could not guarantee it would be fixed for our stay. Owner guaranteed to refund $811. Only refunded $500. Very unprofessional to say one thing and do another. Poor business.
