I enjoyed everything about my stay. But I did have one thing that should be looked into. I was in room 714 which was great. But there was no hotel phone in that room. I was unable to call for room service or if i needed anything from the front desk.

We came down from Philadelphia for my son's birthday. He loves going to hotels and going swimming. Check in was very easy and pleasant!! The lobby is very well kept warm and welcoming. When we checked it there were guests hanging out in the lobby. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing!!! Like sleeping on clouds. We had a double queen corner room. Which i wish the weather for the weekend was nicer so that we could have enjoyed the beautiful view from the wrap around balacony 😭. Now the main even of our trip the pool.... the pool was all my son could have asked for and i enjoyed the nice sized hot tub 😁 the pool area was very clean and well maintained i love the little sitting areas with the couches as well as the loungers. Over all very awesome weekend and awesome stay we will be back!!!!

Really nice stay and nice staff. My husband and I kept saying during our stay though that we’d give it another star if they at least offered a continental breakfast or even just hot coffee in the lobby! Everything else was great, super cozy room… but that would’ve been a really nice touch! Thanks!

While we did have an issue the first night, the staff tried to handle it professionally. The property itself is cute and modern. It's definitely not what we are used to. Since our regular place was going to be closed for a renovation we decided to try this property being part of the Hilton family. That staff was amazing and friendly. We felt welcomed the entire time. The thing is when you're used how one property is in the Hilton family it's generally what you stick to. Other than our 1 issue we had no other complaints about the property. It's cozy and quit. The pool was nice and warm and also has a hot tub you can jump over into the pool which is really cool. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly. We had 4 different rooms in 24 hours and actually had left a few items in the one room and when returning to our newest room the housekeeper was there with our items. I actually had lost track in all the moves. The rooms were actually very clean and I don't believe our issue was the fault of the hotel but probably a previous guest, which is extremely gross. Like a true Hilton property they did do the correct thing for us. The parking garage could use a few more signs keeping people from blocking the entrance but that's pretty minor this time of year, in the summer I can imagine this a huge pita.
