Amber Waves 501 is a deluxe quality condo with unobstructed views of the ocean. This property provides the best in Oceanfront living whether it is looking at the the rolling surf on you private balcony or in your ocean front bedroom. This property has quality throughout with beautiful decorations and real hardwood floors. The Amber Waves building is next door to Coconuts Bar and grill which features live music and also serves drinks on their private beach. Also walking distance to the convention center so leave your cars at the condo. There are two car off street parking spaces and free street parking on a first come first serve basis. Located on 39th street, this 2 bed 2 bath unit will be the perfect place with and outdoor pool and not far from the boardwalk and amusements. There are 3 flat screen TV's and WIFI for every one own use.

We like this property and especially the unit. Easy parking. Easy access elevator and pool. Nice midtown location. Beds are very comfortable (which I can’t say for a lot of places in OC). We will definitely rent this unit next year.
