Enjoy your next vacation by escaping to Gateway Grand 1501. This 15th-floor luxury residence offers the Most Spectacular Panoramic Views of Ocean City, the Atlantic Ocean, and Assawoman Bay. This amazing condo features 2 Balconies: a Spacious Ocean View Balcony complete with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, and an Expansive Bay View Balcony offering comfortable seating to enjoy the Sunset. AS magnificent as the views, the interior is as equally exquisite. A beautiful hand-painted Seaside Mural welcomes guests upon entering. The unit is stylishly furnished to reflect a coastal elegance aesthetic. A full gourmet kitchen, complete with an island and wine cooler, provides all the culinary tools to enhance your vacation. The Dining Room table seats 8, and there are 4 additional high-top chairs at the bar - perfect for family meal gatherings. The Great Room is DEFINITELY the GREAT ROOM with its breathtaking, picturesque views inside and out. You will be so Delighted with this GORGEOUSLY decorated condo and with all of the upgrades, including automated blinds, custom tile floors in the bedrooms, and a Lutron lighting control system. The Luxurious Primary Bedroom amazes with its “ocean-glass” tile, office area, and sweeping bay views. The serene Primary Bath includes a soaking tub and a separate glass-enclosed shower. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and equipped with Smart Mirror TVs. Bed sizes include a King in the primary bedroom, 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have queen beds, and bedroom 4 has a full-size bed, bringing the occupancy total to eight. All 4 Bedrooms have direct access to the Bay Patio. The owner supplies linens (sheets and towels) for your stay and also the use of their storage locker to store your beach items.
The Gateway Grand features indoor and outdoor pools, a game room, a fitness room, and secure garage parking with a 7-foot garage clearance. The Gateway Grand requires a minimum stay of 7 days. Units rent Saturday to Saturday in season and any 7 days off-season. The Gateway Grand charges a $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with the reservation. Non-smoking/vaping building except in designated areas. No pets, please. The property owner does not permit rentals to guests under the age of 25. Perfect location for a beach holiday or working stay

It's not often that the listing doesn't actually tell you HOW AWESOME the property is, but in this case the pictures just cannot do this condo justice. Our group included 8 people - a group of fully vaccinated coworkers who decided to spend a week working together at the beach - an absolutely BRILLIANT idea, let me assure you. The WiFi was pretty good - even though there were 8 of us all logging in, we made it work - it wasn't the best, but totally manageable. Then there's the way the building is laid out - absolutely perfect - from the location of the garage and covered bridge walkway, position of the elevators and facilities, indoor + outdoor pools, steps from the beach, with outdoor and indoor access to lockers so you don't have to drag your sand-covered beach gear through the immaculate lobby...it's all genius! Then, there's the condo - 360-degree views of Ocean City beach and bay, with the Jolly Roger and Boardwalk looming on the horizon. You're within super easy walking distance of Seacrets and The Tap House, Tiki Cruises and Belly Busters if (like us) you just don't feel like getting in the car. But if you do feel like a drive, you're second away from the bridge and have easy access to points north and south. But why on EARTH would you ever want to leave this condo??? It's so beautifully decorated - think "classy beach" like a show window at Bloomingdale's. The beach is gorgeous and private, so even at the height of a holiday weekend it's not too crowded. And when you want to pop back inside for that book you forgot, the building is RIGHT THERE. I cannot say enough good things about this unit and hope to return next year!

Fantastic rental!

This was an awesome rental. The photos accurately represented the size of all rooms and the tasteful decor. We were a group of 6…my wife & I, our 3 teenage boys and a family friend. There was something for everyone and we can’t wait to do it again next year.

BEAUTIFULLY designed Beach Retreat in first class Ocean City resort.

Soothing colors, all our needs taken care of - fresh and detail oriented design. Oh, and did I forget to mention the VIEWS? Both sunrise and sunset shows will not disappoint. Just lovely.

BEST CONDO IN OC

Been coming to OCM for 25 years and have stayed in some nice condos but this condo was the best by far. You get what you pay for and we got exactly that. Panoramic views, patios, state of the art electronic control stations etc. too much to list BRAVO!!!
