The Family-Friendly Golden Sands Building is located in the heart of Ocean City, and its Amenities are nothing short of amazing! Featuring a Penthouse Level Indoor Pool and Fitness Center, as well as a seasonal Recreation Deck with Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool, Tiki Bar and Grill and even sometimes Live Entertainment, there is something for everyone in your family to fall in love with! Golden Sands also offers one of Ocean City’s only Private Beach areas, open only to Golden Sands guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided upon registration with the building, additional parking permit available at an additional fee, subject to availability. Also for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

And while no one likes doing laundry on vacation, you’ll appreciate the convenience of the stacked Washer/Dryer.

At the end of the Hall, you will be in awe of the wide open living space with Kitchen and Dining Area. As you enter the Living Area, you will feel this beautiful home open to simply BREATHTAKING Ocean Views, with a wall of floor to ceiling windows. The Kitchen will delight the Chef in your family - it’s well-stocked with all the conveniences of home to make any mealtime a breeze. Can't do without those sea breezes? Slip out and sip coffee watching the dolphin dance as the Sun rises over the Sea, or enjoy a refreshing glass of wine as the waves crash and the moon lights the sky.

The Living Area is a wonderful place to unwind after a day of fun! Relax on the cozy couch, which is also a Sleeper Sofa, enjoy the Central AC, Free WiFi, Flat Screen TV. Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $75 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned (assigned June-August) parking space. Registration fee will be charged with final Balance.
Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival.
Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
