📌 A $75 registration fee is required and must be paid to the condo association upon arrival — Building management will complete registration and issue 1 parking pass once payment is received.

🚿 Full Bathroom Kit:

- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

- Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap

- Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter

- Sheets for sofa beds are provided and left in the room with the couch (not provided for trundles or rollaway beds)

- Each guest receives 1 towel set (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth)

- A washer and dryer are available in unit for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay
